Das Einwirken' mechanischer Kräfte ist damit nur auf das Zuführen von Mehl und Zugußwasser und auf das Abführen des fertigen Teiges beschränkt. Dementsprechend besteht die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens aus einer Kammer, der Mehl kontinuierlich zufließt, welches beim Durchgang durch eine Aufladeelektrode elektrisch aufgeladen wird und sich anschließend durch eine Zone entgegengesetzt aufgeladenen und feinzersprühten Zugußwassers bewegt, wobei die Benetzung und Entladung der Mehlkörner erfolgt und diese Teile weiter zu Boden sinken, um dann 'mit Hilfe eines den Boden in Schwingung versetzenden Vibrationsgerätes als Teig durch eine Öffnung laufend abzufließen. Die Elektrode selbst steht mit einer Hochspannungsquelle in Verbindung, von der sie mit hochgespanntem Gleichstrom gespeist wird. Die elektrische Ladung bewirkt die feinste Verteilung des Mehls im Raum und damit eine langsame Sinkgeschwindigkeit. Das Zugußwasser, fein vernebelt und umgekehrt aufgeladen wie das Mehl, wird dem Mehlstrom entgegengerichtet zugeführt. Es schlägt sich unter dem Einfluß der elektrostatischen Anziehungskräfte auf der Oberfläche der kleinen Mehlkörner nieder, wobei ein Ausgleich der elektrischen Ladungen eintritt.
