Dementsprechend besteht die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens aus einer Kammer, der Mehl kontinuierlich zufließt, welches beim Durchgang durch eine Aufladeelektrode elektrisch aufgeladen wird und sich anschließend durch eine Zone entgegengesetzt aufgeladenen und feinzersprühten Zugußwassers bewegt, wobei die Benetzung und Entladung der Mehlkörner erfolgt und diese Teile weiter zu Boden sinken, um dann 'mit Hilfe eines den Boden in Schwingung versetzenden Vibrationsgerätes als Teig durch eine Öffnung laufend abzufließen.
