Description
Compliant Manhole Ring Support The invention relates to a yielding manhole ring expansion, which is made up of individual yielding to one another an ellipse composed of complementary segments.
There are elliptical expansion rings for the route expansion and for the Well expansion became known. However, while the former by overlapping the Segment ends of different types of profiles and by switching on squeezers have been made flexible, are the elliptical shaft extension rings Segments always rigidly connected. On the other hand, there are circular shaft extension rings also already yieldingly connected, z. B. by chamfering the segment ends and inserting a pinch stick. All of the named types of expansion show the usual 1 profiles. Only a shaft extension that has an elastic effect or Wants to achieve flexibility or elasticity in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube, in order to increase the resistance to bending stresses the shaft tube gives an accordion-like profile, the one with round or angular waves, the latter similar to an oversized angle profile, is to be executed. Are there the peaks directed towards the mountains. All of these well-known manhole expansion rings offer a wide profile surface for the deposition of dust. In particular in In coal mines, the deposition of coal dust is a constant source of danger. the Invention proposes an elliptical, resilient shaft extension, its extension segments from an angle profile with a stiffening plate closing the open soap or -prQ-fil are composed. In that the angle profile according to the invention with the tip pointing to the inside of the manhole or the center of the manhole, the Deposition of dust of all kinds on the expansion is significantly reduced, which above all in the coal mines to a significant risk reduction for the formation of coal dust explosions. Furthermore, the weather draft becomes noticeably less Resistance, opposite, so that the weather management (by reducing the Dust and is also cheaper by reducing the resistance. The stiffening plate that closes the angle opening of the angle iron towards the joint can. preferably be a U-iron, whose flanges are butted to the angle legs welded on. This also has the advantage that, ß the ring segment as a box girder has a high resistance.
The ring segments are held together by sleeves that are inclined Cut off their side edges and by bending them a primitive wedge lock can form that pulls the two sleeve half-shells against each other when wedging and firmly clamps the segment ends.
The manhole rings with one another are resilient by means of known ones Supports connected to one another or supported against one another. This yielding Supports are made up of an inner support made of a square profile that is preferably a full profile, and a two-part, z. B. consisting of angle iron External support that encloses the square profile. Around both parts of the support a pair of tabs or a clamp is placed that presses the parts against each other. In the upper part, the square support can merge into a bolt that holds the manhole ring penetrates and z. B. is screwed to the ring by means of a nut. It can however, other fastenings, such as. B. shown in the drawing is used will.
Several embodiments of the inventive concept are shown in the drawing shown. Fig. I shows a top view of an elliptical shaft lining according to the invention; Fig. 2 corresponds to a cross section through the expansion according to Fig. i the line II-II of Fig. i, Fig. 3 shows a cross section through a flexible connection the ring segments along the line III-III of Fig. i, Fig. 4 shows a cross-section as Fig. 3 by a two-part sleeve with wedge lock for flexible connection of the Ring segments as well as elevation, Fig. 5 a. Cross-section along the line V-V in Fig. 2 by a flexible support which is inserted between the manhole rings.
Abb. 4)..In the figures i, i ', i "etc. denote the individual ring segments, which are joined together to form a manhole ring; in EUip; senform. These ring segments are composed of an angle iron or a similar angle profile 2, its open side through a stiffening plate or, as shown: through a. Stiffening profile 3 is closed. By welding these two sample files together the result is a box profile ¢ that has excellent static properties. The ring segments are joined by means of screw-together pairs of tabs 5, 5 ', which are bent according to the cross-section of the' box section, ¢. Instead of the bracket connection, which is a screw connection. can also be two-part Sleeves 6, 6 'are used to connect the ring segments. These sleeve parts can be provided with a bent or beaded edge 7, so that the two interlocking Edges, if they run diagonally, form a wedge lock (see Fig. 4).
The individual manhole rings are connected to one another or to one another stiffened by flexible supports B. These preferably consist of a Inner support 9 in the form of a square profile, from an outer support io, io 'of two Angle iron. and from a pair of tabs i i, i i '. Turn the flaps. by Screws pulled against each other and press the angle iron against the outer support the square of the inner support. As a result of its resilience, the expansion can do the Movements of the mountains both in the horizontal and in the vertical direction follow and balance them out.
At the head of the support 8, the inner part 9 goes from the square profile in a bolt 12 over which the stiffening profile 3 durehämingt and. in suitable Way attached to it.
