Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß, der Fasernfänger unter Wasser angeordnet ist. Infolge der Lage unter Wasser kann der Deckel des Fasernfängers jederzeit abgenommen werden, ohne daß ein Eindringen von Luft in die Saugleitung oder ein Versagen der Umwälzpumpen zu befürchten ist. Es ist daher auch nicht mehr nötig, den Deckel mit einer Vielzahl von Schrauben oder Flügelmuttern, mit Kniehebeln oder federnden Spangen geschlossen zu halten. Der Deckel braucht überhaupt nicht mehr durch besondere Mittel an dem Gehäuse des Fasernfängers befestigt zu werden. E-s genügt, daß er lose auf dem mit '.einer Dichtung versehenen Rand des Gehäuses aufliegt, da er durch den Unterdruck in der Saugleitung ausreichend fest an -das Gehäuse angedrückt wird, ohne daß es noch besonderer Schrauben oder anderer Hilfsmittel bedarf. Trotzdem kann der Deckel leicht und ohne Versagen der Absaugleitung vom Gehäuse entfernt werden, wenn man in weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung am Deckel eine Öffnung vorsieht, welche durch eine auf seiner äußeren, ebenen Oberfläche drehbar angeordnete Platte abgedeckt werden kann. Man braucht dann nur die Platte ein wenig zu verdrehen, damit die Öffnung freigegeben und der Unterdruck irn Fasernfänger durch Einströmen von Wasser aufgehoben wird. Dann läßt sich der Deckel bequem abheben und ohne Abstellen der Umwälzpumpie jeder feste Gegenstand, der vom Sieb des Fasernfängers Zurückgehalten wurde, entnehmen. Anschließend wird der Deckel wieder aufgesetzt und seine Öffnung durch Drehen der Platte wieder geschlossen. Unmittelbar darauf stellt sich der volle Unterdruck irn Gehäuse wieder ein, und der Deckel w.--rd am Gehäuse festgesaugt. Besonders zweckmäßig ist es, an der Platte statt einer Öffnung mehrere öffnunbrnen vorzusehen, die voneinander bzw. von dem Drehpunkt der Platte gleich weit entfernt sind und mit gleich großen Öffnungen im Deckel durch Drehen der Platte zur Übereinstimmung ,bracht werden können. Wählt man dabei die Öffnungen so groß, daß man bequem einen Finger einführen kann, so kann der Deckel mit einem Finger erfaßt werden, und,durch die anderen Öffnungen kann Wasser eindringen, ohne daß es zum Abheben des Deckels der zweiten Hand oder gar eines Werkzeuges bedarf.The invention consists essentially in that, the fiber catcher is arranged under water.
