Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Abortschutzdecke aus Papier, gewebtem Stoff oder anderem geeigneten Material mit einer Einrichtung, die derselben eine für die Benutzung passende Lage und eine Sicherung gegen Verschiebung giebt, vor allem aber zur selbsttha'tigen Einführung und Fortspülung der Decke in den Aborttrichter nach dem Gebrauche dient. Zu diesem Zwecke ist, wie in der beiliegenden Zeichnung veranschaulicht, die Decke α in der Oeffnung 0 mit einem oder mehreren der Länge oder Breite nach oder in beiden Richtungen verlaufenden Streifen b versehen, welche beim Auflegen der Schutzdecke auf den Sitz in den Trichter c (Fig. 7 und 8) hinabhängen bezvv. an die Wände desselben sich anlegen. Diese Streifen bestimmen ohne Weiteres die richtige Lage der Decke und bewirken, dafs nach der Benutzung des Abortes ein selbsttätiges Fortspülen der Schutzdecke stattfindet, und zwar schon dadurch, dafs der Wasserstrom der Spülung die Decke an den Streifen in den Trichter zieht; anderentheils wirken auch die E.xcremente hierzu durch ihre Schwere mit.The subject of the present invention is a lavatory protection blanket made of paper, woven fabric or other suitable material with a device that gives the same a suitable position for use and a protection against displacement, but above all for the automatic introduction and flushing of the blanket into the toilet funnel serves the purpose.
