such vielfach Schwierigkeiten.
und diese in eine gleichmäßige feste Lösung überzuführen..Process for the production of molded parts from sintered alloy
Steel Resulting in the manufacture of molded parts from sintered alloy steel
seek difficulties in many ways. The manufacture of an alloy steel powder
crushing is usually not possible. When manufacturing. of the powder
Sprinkles are formed. Oxyd skins on the surface of the individual alloy droplets,
which: inhibit the sintering. If you start from the individual components, then there is a uniform one
Distribution of alloying elements, such as B. Chromium, hardly achievable, and it is
only possible after long diffusion times, the carbon in the desired carbides
and convert this into a uniform solid solution ..
Sintered alloy steels have also already been made up of two components
made of different properties, on the one hand from metal or alloy powder,
which is soft and malleable and freed from oxides formed by simple reduction
can be, e.g. B. iron, nickel, cobalt, copper and their alloys, and on the other hand
made of carbides, especially those elements that are sensitive to oxygen
and their oxides cannot be reduced or can only be reduced with great difficulty, such as
Chrome, vanadium, tungsten, molybdenum and titanium.
The carbides can be: Manufactured as a fine powder from the elements

and for the sintering it is advantageous to use a mixture of cement fit with the carbides
those elements that are sensitive to oxygen, or with mixed crystals
to use from these carbides. From the desired composition of the finished
The ratio of the carbides to the product can easily be calculated.
According to the invention
it is particularly advantageous in the manufacture of sintered alloy steels that
Carbides with the help of a eutectic alloy or mixture of eutectic composition

exleichtert. Au:sfüh ru,ngsbei sp 1.e 1 95 Teile einer gepulverten Eisen-Nickel-Legierung

This makes both sintering and alloying in the manufacture of sintered alloy steels considerably easier.
