Process for the production of patterned knitwear on a flat,
Left-left knitting machine and machine equipped with pick-up sinkers
To carry out this process The manufacture of patterned knitwear on flat
Left-left knitting machines, in which individual ones to increase the pattern effect
Stitches are transferred to opposite or adjacent needles, took place
so far in such a way that after a row of stitches in a pattern according to the order
had knitted, by a second slide train, in which no loop formation
took place, the transferring of the stitches was made. The necking itself was
either by the needles, which are carried out by a special slide train before the transfer
were distributed accordingly on the needle beds, or by means of separate auxiliary needles
made possible with needle tongues. These methods have the disadvantage that several
Sled trains fail for the actual production of goods, the item of goods as
requires a far greater number of carriage trains than there are rows of stitches.
With the method and the machine according to the invention this should
Disadvantage can be eliminated in that in a carriage train according to the model
First knit off all stitches on the stitch receiving sinkers of a needle bed
overhanging and then according to the pattern specific stitches on the needles of the opposite
Needle bed are transferred. For this purpose, sinkers are only
in each channel of the one, for example the front needle bed, and above each
a push and pull plate arranged. The loops are also like this
designed to be with
their associated push and pull plates
can be coupled in such a way that the shifting of the stitch take-up sinkers both by
the foot of which can be done through the foot of the push and pull sinkers.
The use of stitch pick-up sinkers in conjunction with pull sinkers
for the purpose of hanging stitches is already known per se. With the well-known
However, it is designed as a push plate in each channel of each needle bed
Trained mesh take-up plate and one more pull plate above each required.
In the case of the embodiment according to the invention, on the other hand, there is less effort
Individual parts a greater possibility of displacement of the needles achieved, namely,
than knitting sinkers are required in only one needle bed and moving
of the needles from both the foot of the sinker and from the sinker foot
can be done from.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is
shown in the drawing in Figs.
Fig. i zeigt die Anordnung der Nadeln, Platinen, Maschenaufnahmeplatinen
Fig. I shows the arrangement of the needles, sinkers, stitch receiving sinkers
and pusher; Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale the head of a sinker, a stitch receiving sinker
and a needle, and Fig.3 shows a plan view of the knitting locks with the
Needle, sinker and ram paths.
In
The structure of the machine is as follows: The stitch receiving sinkers i and above the pushing and pulling sinkers: 2 are stored in the front needle bed. The former are provided with a recess 3; in which a matching nose 4 of the boards 2 can engage. In addition to the sinkers 5, each equipped with a residual spring 6, a lower pusher type 7 and an upper pusher type 8 are arranged in the rear needle bed, of which the latter via the former and via the locking springs 6 onto the sinkers 5 and thus onto the Needles act. In the rope locks, in addition to the usual lock parts io to 30 , the padlock parts 31 to 38 are also arranged in the front lock and the padlock parts 39 to 48 are arranged in the rear lock. Furthermore, the rear end is provided with an additional shoulder ram lock, which consists of the lock parts 49 to 56.
Assume that all of the needles are in the rear one
Needle bed, and the lock slide move in the direction of the arrow from the right to
Left. The stitches are patterned on both in the manner described below
Needle beds have been distributed so that individual stitches on the sinkers
i of the front needle bed and the others in the needle hook of the rear needle bed
hang.
Nadeln 9 gekuppelt sind (Stellung I-I, Fig. 3).
Nadelbett abgestrickt.
By means of the leading shoulder lock part 43 in the working position, all the needles 9 are initially advanced by means of the sinkers 5, the needles 9 pushing the stitch receiving sinkers i back a little and taking over the stitches hanging in these. The needles 9 are then immediately taken back into the rear needle bed by the stripping part 41, so that all needles with stitches are now in the ready position on the rear needle bed. The sinkers 2 of the front needle bed are on it after they have the. Have passed through the beginning of the sinker lock channel, first detected by the lock part i8 'and driven forward, the nose 4 engaging in the recess 3 of the stitch receiving plate i so that it is advanced together with the plate 2 through the lock part 18 until the stitch receiving plates i by means of the Feet i 'are detected by the lock channel 57 formed by the lock parts 14 and 15. This lock channel then takes over the further advancement of sinkers i and 2 until the latter are coupled to the needles 9 advanced from the rear needle bed through sinkers 5 or sinker lock channel 58 (position II, FIG. 3). By means of the jacquard device of the machine, which does not form part of the invention, "the lower type of pusher 7 was set according to the pattern before the start of the slide train. The advanced pusher 7 '(FIG brought in front of the lock part 22. By the left-left central part 26 in the working position, the sinkers 5 lying in front of the selected pushers 7 are advanced even further, as a result of which the associated needles are transferred into the front needle bed in a manner known per se Later, namely ii the needle lowering agents abgestrickt 13 mesh in pattern-wise distribution on the front and rear needle bed. Then, the boards are the front needle bed is advanced again by the lock part 38 2, where i bring the loop receiving boards in the manner described above and whose feet i 'in the Sch formed by the padlock parts 32, 34 Introduce loßkanal 57 ', while the sinkers 2 are limited by means of their feet 2' by the upper lock delimitation parts (not designated) in their advance. The stitch receiving sinkers i are advanced through the channel 57 'and take over the stitches in the furthest expulsion position, that is to say at the tip of the cap lock part 36 (position II-II of FIG. 3). All stitches are now on the receiving sinkers i of the front needle bed. By means of the jacquard device, however, the upper pusher type 8 was also set according to the pattern before the start of the slide train. The pushed pushrods are advanced by the shoulder pusher lock part 5o, hit their associated pusher 7 and push them into the pusher lock channel 59 so that they are grasped by the lock part 46 and advanced. As a result, the sinkers 5 and needles 9 lying in front of them are taken along, pushing back the associated stitch receiving sinkers i so that the stitches hanging on the latter are transferred into the hooks of the needles 9 (position III-III, FIG. 3). The advanced needles 9 then go back into the rear needle bed, so that now, as at the beginning of the slide train, all the needles are in the rear needle bed, while the stitches are patterned on the needle hooks in the rear needle bed and on the sinkers in the front needle bed are distributed. The needle beds can then be moved according to the pattern to be produced and the lock parts can be repositioned, whereupon the process described is repeated in an analogous manner. So at the beginning of the new slide train, all stitches are initially taken over to the rear needle bed. Then the needles are distributed according to the pattern by the action of the jacquard device and stitches are knitted on the front and rear needle bed, whereupon all stitches are again hung over the stitch receiving sinkers i of the front needle bed and then, likewise by the action of the jacquard device, certain stitches can be transferred back to the rear needle bed according to the pattern.
Besides this described knitting or patterning process, it is with
the knitting lock according to the invention of course also possible, any other type of knitting
execute, with just certain lock parts or certain lock groups
are in or out of work.
