Die Thermo-Müllbox eignet sich in besonderer Weise für die Siedlungsbebauung. Die Müllgefäße stehen im Erdreich verdeckt und beeinträchtigen in keiner Weise den optischen Eindruck eines bebauten Anwesens. Durch die natürliche Kühlung wird kein Energieeinsatz notwendig. Eine Zuhaltung an der hydraulischen Hubvorrichtung verhindert das unbefugte Öffnen des Isolierdeckels.
