Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Elektromagnetisches Kleinrelais.gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Derartige Relais mit einem um ca. 50% größerem Volumen als die hier geschilderte Erfindung sind bekannt und stellen zur Zeit den Stand der Technik bei den neutralen Leiterplatten relais dar. Der allgemeine Trend in der Relaistechnik der letzten Jahre zur ständigen Steigerung der Relaiseffizienz ,nämlich größeres Schaltvermögen bei geringerem Relaisvolumen und kleinerem Eigenleistungsverbrauch führte bei den neutralen Leiterplattenrelais zu einer Reduzierung der Bauhöhe der sogenannten "stehenden Ausführung" von ca. 25mm auf ca. 15mm. Außerdem wurde noch die Ansprechleistung des Triebsystems auf ca. die Hälfte bei gleichbleibendem Schaltvermögen des Kontaktsystems mitverkleinert.The invention relates to a small electromagnetic relay according to the preamble of claim 1. Der Betätigungssteg 7 wird einfach durch Schnappverbindung im Grundkörper eingebaut,der auch für eine moderne Vergußtechnologie (waschdichte Ausführung ) ausgelegt ist. Nach dem Waschvorgang z.B. der kompletten Leiterplatte soll das Entlüftungsloch an der Kappe 2 aus Gründen der Kontaktlebensdauer freigemacht werden.
