1.Bezeichnung1.Designation
Mechanische Vorrichtung zum WIG-Schweißen von Dünnblechen ab 0,1mm.Mechanical device for TIG welding of thin sheets from 0.1mm.
2.Kurzfassung2.Summary
Mit dieser Vorrichtung ist es möglich,z.B. 0,1mm starke Kupferbleche (Folien) mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 7,5 bis 8 m/min zu verschweißen.Bei Verwendung von Mischgasen kann diese Leistung noch beträchtlich gesteigert werden. Die bekannten Verfahren,wie Elektronenstrahlschweißen (Laser), Mikroplasmaschweißen erreichen etwa nur 20% dieser Schweißgeschwindigkeit . Die Fertigungskosten verringern sich also um ein Vielfaches.Auch die Anschaffungskosten solcher Anlagen sind im Vergleich verhältnismäßig hoch.With this device it is possible, for example, to weld 0.1 mm thick copper sheets (foils) at a speed of 7.5 to 8 m/min.
