Description

The invention relates to a ceiling folding table with a ceiling table that forms part of a ceiling formwork surface, on the underside of which several ceiling supports that can preferably be folded by 90° and are height-adjustable are hinged and can be fixed in their working position, preferably via struts.

Such well-known ceiling folding tables require a lot of space for dismantling, as is the case, for example, with skeleton structures with an open facade. In the case of masonry structures or concrete exterior walls, such tables cannot usually be dismantled because the existing window or door openings are too small.

In order to avoid these disadvantages, the present invention is based on the object of designing a ceiling folding table in such a way that it requires little space for stripping and can also be transported through relatively narrow openings without the need for complex assembly or disassembly work.

To achieve this object, the invention provides that a side part is detachably attached to the ceiling table on at least one long side, preferably via folding joints, and can be pivoted through 90°, or that the ceiling table has lateral receiving openings into which connecting pieces of a side part can be inserted and fixed.

When the side parts are folded down, the ceiling folding table is so narrow that it can be transported through doorways and is ready for use for the next ceiling formwork by simply folding up the side part(s) and, if necessary, adjusting the height.

By removing the side parts and folding in the ceiling supports, such a ceiling folding table requires only a small transport volume and, as a transport package, has dimensions of only about 2 to 2.5 meters in length, a width of about 80cm to 90cm corresponding to the usual door width and a height of only about 25cm. At the construction site

the ceiling folding table is opened up and adjusted to the appropriate floor height. In this form, with the ceiling supports inserted, the table can be brought through normal doorways. Attachable hydraulic wheels or a lifting trolley can be used for transport.

Instead of the connecting pieces of the side parts, sliding parts can be inserted, the length of which can be adjusted in order to place formwork strips that are adapted to them. This means that even relatively narrow corridor ceilings can be formed and removed again with little effort. This option can also be provided for hinged, folded-down side parts in order to keep the assembly effort as low as possible.

Furthermore, the side parts can also have openings for sliding parts on at least one long side, the protruding length of which can be adjusted and on which formwork strips can be placed. The cross-sections of the side openings of the slab table, if applicable, the side parts and the cross-sections of the sliding parts correspond to one another, so that these parts are interchangeable and, if applicable, several side parts can be put together without joints.

Furthermore, a support angle can be provided on at least one side of the side part for the flush support of a formwork strip.

The receiving openings are formed by profile parts of the supporting structure to save weight, while at the same time achieving a low construction height. Furthermore, the receiving openings are preferably provided in the area of the hinged joint of the folding ceiling supports in order to keep the bending moments that occur small and to obtain short paths for the transfer of the ceiling load to the ceiling supports.

The ceiling folding table shown in the attached figures essentially consists of a ceiling table 1, two side parts 2 that can be folded down by 90° and ceiling supports 3 that can also be folded down by 90°. The ceiling supports 3 can be folded down by 90° towards the ceiling formwork surface 4 for transport and storage and they are secured in their position of use by struts 5. The struts 5 can themselves be foldable or telescopic so that they do not have to be dismantled when the ceiling supports 3 are folded up.

Folding joints 6 are provided for linking the side parts 2, which are arranged under the ceiling panel 4 of the ceiling table 1 in such a way that when the side parts 2 are folded down, they do not protrude beyond the side edges of the ceiling table 1, in order to obtain a structural unit that is as narrow as possible for further transport of the ceiling folding table through door openings or the like.

Sliding parts 8 in order to easily achieve dimensional adjustments to the surface to be formed. Formwork strips 9 can be placed on the sliding parts, as shown on the left in Figure 3, whereby the width is adjusted to the side wall 10. The formwork strips 9 can be placed on support angles 11, which are arranged accordingly on the side parts 2, so that a flush formwork surface is formed.

The sliding parts 8 can be fixed by wedges 12, as indicated in Figure 3. The side parts 2 are supported on their free side by loose supports 3'.

As can be seen in particular from Figure 3, the receiving openings 7 are formed by profile parts of the side parts, which simultaneously serve as a supporting structure for stiffening the side parts 2. Accordingly, receiving openings 7 can also be provided on the ceiling table 1, preferably in the area of the folding joints 6, in order to keep the bending moments to be transmitted as small as possible.

Ceiling folding table according to claim 1, characterized in that instead of the connecting pieces of the side part (2) sliding parts (8) can be inserted, the protruding length of which is adjustable and on which formwork strips (9) can be placed. 3. Ceiling folding table according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the side part (2) has at least on one long side receiving openings (7) for sliding parts (8), the protruding length of which is adjustable and on which formwork strips (9) can be placed. 4. Ceiling folding table according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cross sections of the lateral receiving openings (7) of the ceiling folding table (1), the side parts (2) and the cross sections of the sliding parts (8) correspond to one another. 5.
