Anschluß-Stecker
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein elektrischer
Ailscllltil3-Stecher zum Anschließen an Zigarren-
anzündtrfassungell ül _lutos.
Die Erfindung bezweckt einen solchen Stecker zu
schaffen, all uyelchein die an sich bekannten Kupp-
lungsstücke der verschiedenen üblichen Zigarren-
anzünder
in einfacher Weise be-
tcstigt werden können, um so das Ail#chließen elek-
trischerGeräte, wieTrocktrirasierapparate. Lampen
u. (1-l., all die verscliiedeileil Typen voll Zigarren-
alizüllderfassungeil zu erinögliclieil.
Zti diesem Zweck besitzt der erfindungsgemäße
Anschlul:@-Stecher einen Isolierkörper mit zwei an
der einen Stirnfläche des letzteren offenen Kontakt-
l)iiclisen zuin Einstecken der Kontaktstifte des
Stecl;ei-s eifies elektrischen Geräte:, wobei die eine
horital;tl>üchse finit einem von der arideren Stirn-
fläche des Isolierkörpers her zugänglichen Kontakt-
organ verbunden ist, das zum auswechselbaren Be-
festigen eines zum Einstecken in die genannte
Fassung dienenden Kupplungsstrickes am Stecker
ausgebildet ist.
Zufolge der genannten Ausbildung ist es mög-
lich, am Stecker verschiedene Typen voll Kupp-
lungsstücken auswechselbar zu befestigen.
Dill Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen-
standes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, die den
Anschluß-Stecker mit daran befestigtem Kupp-
Zn im Axialselmitt zeigt.
In der Zeichnung ist z ein aus #,#'eiehgtunini be-
stehender Isolierkörper, in welchem zwei all der
einen Stirnseite des Körpers z offene Kontakt-
bÜchsen 2 und 3 eingebettet sind. Das innere Ende
der Büchse 2 besitzt eine zylindrische Verlänge-
rang 211, «-elche zwecks Verankerung der aus einem Stück bestehenden
Teile 2, 2a im Isolier1cörper i Umfangsrippen .I aufweist. Das freie Ende der @-erlän-zerung
211 steht etwas über die hintere Stirnfläche des Isolierkörpers i vor. Das innere
Ende der Kontaktbüchse 3 trägt ein in den Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Büchsen
-2, 3 ragendes Querstück 5 aus i\-Ietall, an dessen freiem Ende ein zvlindrisches,
in der Längsmittelachse des Isolierkörpers i liegendes Kontaktorgan 6 angeschraubt
ist. Das Kontaktorgan 6 ist durch eine Mutter ; am Querstück 5 gesichert. Ferner
besitzt das Kontaktorgan 6 eine axiale Gewindebohrung 8, die gegen die hintere Stirnfläche

Beim gezeichneten Beispiel ist am Anschluß-Stecker ein Kupplungsstück
befestigt, das zum Einstecken in die Zigarrenanzünderfassung in .Autos bestimmt
ist. Das Kupplungsstück ist von an sich bekannter Bauart und besitzt einen Isolierkörper
9, eine äußere Kontaktscheibe io, deren Boden innen gegen die eine Stirnseite des
Isolierkörpers 9 anliegt, und eine innere Kontaktschale i i, deren Boden außen gegen
die andere Stirnfläche des Isolierkörpers anliegt. Ein in die Bodenöffnung der Kontaktschale
io ragender Hals 12, des Isolierkörpers zentriert die Schale io und verhindert eine
Berührung zwischen der letzteren und dem Kontaktorgan 6 bzw. einer einen Kopf
13 aufweisenden Schraube 1d, welche die Teile 11, 9 und io des Kupplungsstückes
durchdringt und in die Gewindebohrung 8 des zentralen Kontaktorgans 6 eingeschraubt
ist. Dadurch werden einerseits die Teile 11, 9 und io gegeneinandergepreßt und eine
leitende Berührung der Kontaktschale i i mit der Schraube i-. gewährleistet, während
anderseits das Kupplungsstück gegen den Isolierkörper i gedrückt wird, so daß der
Boden der äußeren Kontaktschale io gegen das vorstehende Ende der Kontakthülsenverlängerung
2a anliegt. Die Verwendung von Weichgummi für den Isolierkörper i ergibt eine federnde
Lagerung des Teils 2, 2a im Körper i, so daß jederzeit eine einwandfreie Berührung
