Description

The invention has an electrical dust collector for the object, the Precipitation and discharge electrodes to remove dust deposits Vibrators are shaken. In the known systems, the vibrators are direct or connected to the electrodes via a linkage, so that the entire vibration force appears completely. This will probably remove dust from the electrodes, but the latter is thrown off the electrode so far that it turns to the Part dissolves again and is taken up again by the gas flow and continued with it. The efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator suffers as the gases are already dedusted to be contaminated again and again. The electrostatic precipitators must therefore be larger be in order to get the lowest possible flow velocity, so that on the one hand the risk of the dust being re-whirled up is reduced and, on the other hand, dust particles, which were captured again by the gas flow despite this precaution, to be deposited again.

The invention proposes a device that this. Disadvantage on easiest way to turn off. According to the invention, the vibrator is attached to the housing wall of the electrostatic precipitator attached so that the housing together with the electrode systems is shaken. The vibrations are transmitted from the filter housing via the electrode support structure on the electrodes - and are effective in a different way and strength on the electrodes, as if the electrodes were shaken directly by rotating vibrators. Like practice shows, in this way of excitation of the vibrations, the electrodes do not produce dust thrown off the electrode, but loosened only so much that it resembles a liquid drains from the electrode. This will raise dust prevented. The consequence is that with @ der-.like filters at a higher speed can be worked so that the system becomes smaller and cheaper. Another An essential advantage is to be seen in the fact that through a single vibration device Both the precipitation and the discharge electrodes are shaken. because both electrode systems are supported on your filter housing and therefore also both are shaken. Thereby it becomes a further simplification and cheaper of the electrostatic precipitator reached.

It is known to provide the whole filter with a device that shakes it. However, in this known arrangement The filter is resiliently suspended, which has the same effect as when, as initially described, only the electrodes themselves are shaken. In contrast is according to the invention that coupled with a vibration exciter acting on it Filter housing in which the electrodes are fixed, d. 'H. sense the possibility of a relative movement, are suspended, preferably below, held in such a way that the connection with the stationary base (foundation) no relative movement of the filter to the base allows.

The figure shows an electrostatic precipitator according to the subject matter of the invention shown schematically.
