Es ist bekannt, daß metallene Rächen durch Umwelteinflüsse von Korrosion betroffen sind.An Automobilkarosserien werden so entstandene Durchrostungen sowie Spuren eines Unfalles mit der Folge einer Deformation der Karosserie in den häufigsten Fällen mit Polyestern, der sogenannten Spachtelmasse kaschiert. Diese Art der Vertuschung von Durchrostungen und Unfallschäden führt nicht nur zu Fehleinschätzungen des Wagenzustandes, sondern sie beinhaltet auch ein hohes Maß an Gefahr, wenn die Stabilität durch metallene Substanz nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.It is known that metal surfaces are affected by corrosion due to environmental influences. Aussagen über den Zustand der gesammten Karosserie zu machen, ohne sich dabei von der Oberfläche täuschen zu lassen. Er kann feststellen, wo sich nicht direkt unter dem Lack metallener Untergrand befindet, sondern Polyesterspachtel, welcher eine Beule ausfüllt bzw. Rostlöcher bedeckt. minimal den beiden entgegengesetzt wirkenden Kräften unterlegen ist, Federkontaktschalter 4 also geschlossen ist.
Führt man nun das Gerät über die gesammte zu prüfende Fläche verhinder Füzbelag 6 das Verkratzen.
Kommt man mit dem Gerät nun über eine Stelle wie sie in Punkt 9 der Fig.2 dargestellt ist, so ändert sich die
Kraftverteilung , da die magnetische Zugkraft in Richtung Untergrund nun der Zugkraft der Feder 1 unterliegt.
