Die Neuerung betrifft eine klappbare Fronttür für Haushalt-Geschirrspülmaschinen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Sie betrifft im einzelnen eine Vorrichtung zur Bewegungsdämpfung besagter Türen.The innovation relates to a hinged front door for household dishwashers according to the preamble of claim 1. Der Stand der Technik beschreibt eine Erfindung mit deren Hilfe das wirksame Türgewicht durch eine verstellbare Zugfeder ausgleichbar ist und die Türbewegung gedämpft wird. Als weiterer Vorteil ist anzusehen, daß die Türbewegung mit einer Dämpfung beaufschlagt wird, welche beim öffnen und Schließen unterschiedlich stark wirkt. Die neuerungsgemäße Dämpfungsvorrichtung 1 besteht aus einer mit dem Gehäuserahmen der Geschirrspülmaschine verschraubbaren Befestigungsplatte 2 an welche ein senkrechter, feststehender Lagerzapfen 3 angegossen ist. Auf den Lagerzapfen 3 der Befestigungsplatte 2 ist eine Hülse 4 mit angeformtem Bund 5 aufgeschoben. Die Hülse 4 ist in achsialer Richtung mehrfach geschlitzt und besteht demzufolge aus entsprechend vielen und federnden Segmenten oder Kreisabschnitten 6, welche samt Bund 5 im unbelasteten Zustand mit ausreichendem Spiel, d. h. leichtgängig um den Lagerzapfen 3 drehbar sind. Als Türgewichtsausgleich dient eine senkrecht angeordnete Zugfeder 7, deren unteres Ende mit einem Band oder Seil 8 kraftschlüssig verbunden ist. Besagtes Seil 8 ist aus zähelastischen Kunststoffasern hergestellt und steht mit der Dämpfungsvorrichtung 1 und der unten waagrecht scharnierten Geschirrspülmaschinen-Fronttür 12 in folgender Wirkverbindung: Das Seil 8 umschlingt die Hülse 4, respektive deren Kreisabschnitte 6 ein- bis zweimal und ist mit seinem freien Ende 9 am Befestigungsbolzen 10 des Scharnier- oder Anlenkwinkels 11 der angedeuteten Fronttür 12 ortsfest verankert; wobei der Anlenkwinkel 11 samt Fronttür 12, wie zuvor angedeutet, um die Lagerstelle 13 senkrecht schwenkbeweglich angeordnet ist. Gleichzeitig werden die federnden Kreisabschnitte 6 der Hülse 4 immer weiter zusammengedrückt und erzeugen eine zunehmende Reibungskraft am Umfang des Lagerzapfens 3; d. h. die Fronttür 12 fällt stark gedämpft ins Scharnier bzw. in die Lagerstelle 13. Beim Schließen der Fronttür 12 hingegen werden Seil 8 und Zugfeder 7 entlastet, so daß die Reibungskraft zwischen Lagerzapfen 3 und Hülse 4, respektive deren Kreisabschnitte 6 sich mit zunehmender Schließbewegung verringert. Die Fronttür 12 fällt weniger stark gedämpft ins Schloß. Eine derartige Wirkungsweise, bei welcher die Türbewegung in beiden Richtungen unterschiedlich stark gedämpft wird, ist vornehmlich bei sehr schweren, beispielsweise mit Massivholz-Dekorplatten verblendeten Fronttüren 12 von Vorteil. Beim öffnen werden die Lagerstellen 13 durch die weich ins Scharnier fallende Fronttür 12 mechanisch wenig beansprucht, d. h. nicht ausgeschlagen. Beim Schließen wird dem Benutzer das Hochschwenken der in Bodennähe befindlichen Fronttür 12 wesentlich erleichtert.its vertical closed position into a horizontal end position.
