Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung durch Querwellen elastischer Rohre Durch Querwellen elastische Rohre, auch Federrohre oder Faltenbälge genannt, werden zu den verschiedensten Zwecken benötigt. In der Meßtechnik z. B. werden sie als Mittel zum Trennen von zwei verschiedenen Medien, die nicht in Berührung kommen dürfen, verwendet. Sehr oft aber dienen sie als Dehnungskörper, der unter dem Einfluß einer volurnetrischen Änderung einer Füllflüssigkeit seine Länge ändert und diese Längenänderung durch entsprechende Übertragungseinrichtung auf einen Zeiger überträgt, so daß bei ,einer entsprechenden Eichung einer Skala eine Ablesung erfolgen kann. Neben einer gewissen Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber wechselnden Belastungen wird von den Federrohren über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg eine gleichbleibende Elastizität zu verlangen, sein. Diese Forderung kann aber nur erfüllt werden, wenn das zur Herstellung der Federrohre verwendete Material neben seiner Eignung auch eine entsprechende Behandlung während der Bearbeitung erfährt. Die seither angewendeten Herstellungsverfahren entsprechen dieser Forderung nicht ganz, denn das Material wurde dabei sehr einseitig beansprucht. So wird zur Herstellung des Federrohres zunächst einmal ein Röhrchen gezogen und bei diesem Ziehen das Material in Richtung der Längsachse des Rohres beansprucht. B. durch stufenweises Pressen unter Flüssigkeitsdruck, wirkt sich die durch die erneute Verformung hervorgerufene Materialbeanspruchung wieder in Richtung der Längsachse aus.
