Kühlplatte für die Schaustellung leicht verderblicher Waren Die Schaustellung vieler Waren auf einer Kühlplatte hat häufig den Nachteil, daß die Waren auf der Platte anfrieren und von ihr ohne weiteres nicht ohne Beschädigung gelöst werden können. Hält man jedoch zur Vermeidung dieses Übelstandes die Temperatur der Kühlplatte auf dem Gefrierpunkt oder nahe oberhalb desselben, was für die Frischhaltung der Ware an sich völlig ausreichend wäre, so ist es für den Beschauer nicht sinnfällig, daß die Waren gekühlt sind. Erwünscht ist daher ein sichtbarer Effekt in Form von Reifbildung. Dies ließe sich zwar durch Verwendung von Isolierplättchen erreichen, die zwischen Ware und Kühlplatte gelegt werden, was jedoch mit Umständen verbunden ist, zumal man die Umrißformen solcher Zwischenlagen den Formen des jeweiligen Schaustückes besonders anpassen müßte. Überdies ist bei Verwendung isolierender Zwischenschichten die Temperatur der Ware schwer zu beherrschen oder zu bestimmen. Eine hinreichende, jedoch die jederzeitige Abnahme der Ware ohne Beschädigung ermöglichende Kühlung wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch erreicht, daß die Kühlplatte von einem Kühlrahmen umgeben ist und daß Platte und Rahmen auf verschiedene Temperaturen z.
