Hinter dem Schieber 3 entsteht in. gleicher Weise ein Sog, durch den das Arbeitsmittel aus dem axialen Trommelkanal io durch die radialen Kanäle 5 der Trommel :2 in den Arbeitsraum der Pumpe gesaugt wird. Kommt der Schieber in die Lage, in der die Trommel an den Zylinder anliegt, so werden auch die Kanalreihen geschlossen. Sie wirken somit als Ventile.
