Diese Verklebung entsteht dadurch, daß der Rand der Blister-Haube von einem erwärmten Werkzeug gegen den Karton-Träger angepreßt wird. Dabei entsteht aber der Nachteil, daß Teilbereiche des angeschmolzenen Karton-Trägers beim Öffnen der Klarsichtverpackung an der Haube haften bleiben. Damit entstehen Probleme hinsichtlich der Altstoff-Entsorgung. Gelangt die Haube mit dem daran haftenden Teil des Karton-Trägers in die Kunststoff-Entsorgung, dann wirkt sich der Kartonanteil nachteilig aus. A transparent hood (3) is arranged on the front of this cardboard carrier (2), which is connected to the cardboard carrier (2) and holds the packaged object (4) between itself and the cardboard carrier. This object (4) thus lies on the front of the cardboard carrier (2) and is visible through the hood (3) due to the transparency of the hood.

Als solche verformbaren Haubenteilbereiche eignen sich besonders vorgeformte Blindzapfen, wie sie in Fig. 3 in vergrößerter Darstellung gezeigt sind. In Fig. 2 erkennt man deutlich, daß der Randsteg (9) der Haube (3) am Karton-Träger (2) anliegt und dort eine Abstützung bildet. Wenn der Blindzapfen (7) an der Rückseite des Karton-Trägers (2) verformt wird und eine wulstartige Verdickung (8) bildet, ergibt sich eine formschlüssige Verbindung von Karton-Träger (2) und Haube (3). Diese läßt sich nur dann lösen, wenn die wulstartige Verdickung (8) durch die im Umfang kleinere Durchbrechung (6) des Karton-Trägers (2) hindurchgedrückt wird, was zur Beschädigung des Randes dieser Durchbrechung (6) führt.
