Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine zum Entfernen von Fremdkörpern aus Schleudermühlen dienende Aüstragvorrichtung und verfolgt das Ziel, das Entfernen der Fremdkörper bei Bedarf von Hand leicht durchführbar zu machen sowie ein unbeabsichtigtes Ausfallen noch nicht hinreichend zerkleinerter Mahlgutstücke zu verhindern. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Vorrichtung bei großer axialer Länge des Schleuderrades der Mühle und entsprechend großer Gehäusebreite auf die Guteintragzone beschränkt. Dadurch werden Fremdkörper sogleich nach Eintritt in die Mühle ausgeschieden oder entnommen. Das aus dieser Eintragzone in die weiter nach dem Feingutaustrag hin gelegenen Mahlzonen gelangte Gut muß aber völlig zerkleinert werden, es können also nicht etwa große Teile von ihm durch die Austragvorrichtung herausfallen, wie dies oft der Fall ist, wenn diese Vorrichtung sich über die ganze Mühlenbreite erstreckt. Während ferner bei großer Mahlkammerbreite, also großer axialer Abmessung der Mühle, eine sich über die ganze Mühle erstreckende Austragvorrichtung naturgemäß schwer und daher unbequem zu bedienen ist oder in Einzelabschnitte unterteilt werden muß, was die Baukosten und die Unbequemlichkeit der Bedienung erhöht, ist eine Einrichtung gemäß der Erfindung leicht zu bedienen, so daß ihre Benutzung keine erhebliche Störung oder Unterbrechung des Betriebes erforderlich macht.The invention relates to a method for removing foreign bodies from centrifugal mills serving Aüstragvorrichtung and pursues the goal of removing the foreign body easy to do by hand if necessary, as well as an unintentional failure To prevent regrind pieces that have not yet been sufficiently comminuted.
