Durch eingehende Versuche wurde festgestellt, daß man ,den nach dem Patent 900 700 erzielten technischen Effekt noch dadurch wesentlich verbessern kann, daß man bereits die Gußblöcke einer mehrstündigen Glühung (3 bis 20 Stunden) bei Temperaturen von iooo bis 125o° C unterwirft. Ein so geglühter Block läßt sich nicht nur leichter zu Platinen verwalzen, da die Härte des Werkstoffes bei Walztemperaturen durch die vorgenommene Glühbehandlung um 5o bis 6o1/9 niedriger ist, sondern die fertigen Bleche weisen gegenüber den entsprechend den Angaben des Patents 900 7oo hergestellten Blechen auch einen noch geringeren Wattverlust auf. Die Verbesserung betrug bei den durchgeführten Versuchen durchschnittlich o,i bis o,i5 Watt/kg bei ioooo Gauß und 5o Perioden.
