Die Erfindung betrifft einen Staubbeutel für Staubsauger gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a dust bag for vacuum cleaners according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei einem bekannten Staubbeutel dieser Art (DE 39 90 656 Tl) ist eine Versteifungsplatte aus zwei Schichten eines starren Kartons vorgesehen, wobei zwischen den Schichten mit Hilfe von Klebstoff ein elastischer Dichtungsring festgeklebt ist, welcher radial in einen in der Versteifungsplatte vorgesehenen Durchbruch ragt. Dabei ist an einen Seitenrand eine nach außen gerichtete Handhabe angeformt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform muß im Bereich der im Gehäuse eines Staubsaugers vorgesehenen Halterung eine für die Handhabe und für den Zugriff ausreichend groß bemessene seitliche Eingriffmöglichkeit vorgesehen sein. Diese Handhabe ist vorzugsweise als eine dreiseitige freigeschnittene Lasche ausgebildet, die aus der Frontfläche herausgeklappt werden kann, wenn der Staubbeutel von seiner Halterung im Staubsaugergehäuse abgenommen werden soll. Wenn die Lasche aus der gesamten Tiefe der Versteifungsplatte ausgeschnitten ist, dann ist zweckmäßig der entsprechende Ausschnitt durch einen Randbereich des auf die Gegenseite aufgeklebten Papierfilterbeutels verschlossen. Insbesondere ist die Versteifungsplatte jedoch aus zwei Lagen eines Kartons oder dergleichen Werkstoff ausgebildet und die Handhabe lediglich aus der frontseitigen Lage ausgeschnitten. Eine Versteifungsplatte 1 ist mit einer an die Rückseite angeklebten Papierfiltertüte 2 zu einem Staubbeutel vereinigt. Die Versteifungsplatte 1 besteht aus zwei Lagen 1.1 und 1.2 eines steifen Kartons oder dergleichen Werkstoff, wobei zwischen den Lagen 1.1 und 1.2 eine Ringdichtung 3 eingeklebt ist. Die Ringdichtung 3 ragt radial nach innen in einen Durchbruch 4 in der Versteifungsplatte 1 hinein. Die Ringdichtung 4 dient dabei zum staubdichten Anschluß des Staubbeutels 1,2 an einen in den Durchbruch 4 einzuschiebenden, im Staubsauger vorgesehen Staubeinlaßstutzen. Aus der frontseitigen Lage 1.1 der Versteifungsplatte 1 ist außerhalb des Durchbruchs 4 eine dreiseitig freigeschnittene Lasche 5 vorgesehen, die nicht mit der rückseitigen Lage 1.2 verklebt ist und nur an einem Seitenrand 6 nach Art eines Scharniers mit der frontseitigen Lage 1.1 verbunden ist. Diese Lasche kann beim Ausstanzen der frontseitigen Lage 1.1 gleichzeitig freigestanzt werden, so daß ein besonderer Arbeitsgang nicht erforderlich ist. Auch während des Verklebens der beiden Lagen 1.1 und 1.2 braucht diese Lasche 5 nur aus der Ebene herausgeklappt zu werden, um eine Verklebung zu verhindern.
