Dieser Kälte- und Dilatator stab dient zur Behandlung von Hämorrholden, Analfissuren. Es handelt sich um einen zweiteiligen hohlräumigen Kunststoffstab ( siehe Abbildung 2 und 3). Der obere Anteil ist insgesamt 84mm lang, von 14-49mm zylindrisch, von 49-84mm konisch bis zur Spitze, Durchmesser von 13-15mm. Der untere Anteil ist verdickt mit 28mm Durchmesser. Nach Einfüllen einer kältespeichernden Flüssigkeit werden beide Teile maschinell dicht, verschlossen. Der Stab dient zum Einführen in den After, die konische Spitze soll bei schmerzhaften Befunden ein leichteres Einführen ermöglichen. Der zylindrische Anteil dient der Fixierung im Analkanal und erfüllt im Besonderen den Dehnungseffekt am Schließmuskel. Der unterste Abschnitt des Deckels ist verjüngt zur leichteren Handhabung.
