Balkenförmige Trennschweißvorrichtungen für Verpackungsfolien sind bereits bekannt, wobei der Balken einstückig ausgebildet ist und gleichzeitig einen Schweißstempel und eine Schneidklinge bildet. Die Balken sind beheizbar und aus einem gut wärmeleitfähigen Material, beispielsweise aus Aluminium, gefertigt. Da insbesondere die Schneidklinge einer starken mechanischen Belastung ausgesetzt ist, weisen die bekannten Vorrichtungen eine geringe Standzeit wegen hohem Verschleiß auf.Bar-shaped separating and welding devices for packaging films are already known, whereby the bar is made in one piece and simultaneously forms a welding stamp and a cutting blade. So kann die Schneidklinge beispielsweise aus hochwertigem Stahl gefertigt und dadurch praktisch verschleißfrei sein. Der weniger beanspruchte Schweißstempel kann nach wie vor aus Gewichts- und Wärmeleitfähigkeitsgründen aus Aluminium bestehen und läßt sich wegen der gesonderten Schneidklinge mit seinen Schweißprofilen vielfältiger gestalten; in Sonderfällen auch ohne Schneidklinge als reiner Schweißstempel verwenden. Durch eine einfach auswechselbare Anordnung der Schneidklinge kann diese problemlos gegen eine andere, beispielsweise zur Erzeugung einer perforierten Abrißlinie in den Folien profilierte Klinge ersetzt verden. Dabei kann die Schneidklinge in thermischem Kontakt zum beheizbaren Schweißstempel stehen und dadurch das Durchtrennen der volif>n erleichtern. Der Schweißstempel selbst kann unterschiedlich ausgeführt sein zur Erzeugung verschiedener Schweißnähte oder Schweißstellen. Er kann beispielsweise längsverlaufende Schweißprofile ein- oder beidseitig der Schneidklinge aufweisen, wobei die Anordnung dieser Schweißprofile symmetrisch oder asymmetrisch zur Schneidklinge sain kann. In Fig. 1 ist ein Transporttisch 10 für eine mehrlagige Verpackungsfolie 11 dargestellt. Oberhalb des Transporttisches 10 befindet sich eine an einem gemeinsamen Träger 12 angeordnete Trennschweißvorrichtung, die aus einem balkenförmigen, aus Aluminium bestehenden Körper 13, einer Führungsstange 14 für den Körper 13 sowie zwei seitlichen Abdeck- und Halteblechen 15, 15' besteht. Die Bleche 15, 15' dienen der Fixierung der mehrlagigen Folien 11 auf dem Transporttisch 10 während des Trennschweißvorganges.
