Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wälzkontaktanordnung für Leistungsschalter, bei der im geschlossenen Zustand ein Spezialkontaktwerkstoff die Stromführung übernimmt. Derartige Spezialkontaktwerkstoffe werden in steigendem Maße bei Leistungschaltern zur Erhöhung der Schaltleistung verwendet. Infolge der Beanspruchung durch den Schaltfunken brennet der vorzugsweise aus Kupfer bestehende Abwälzkontakt im Laufe der Zeit so weit ab, @daß der Wälz-' vorgang nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Bei der damit notwendig werdenden Auswechslung des Wälzkontaktes wird bei .den bisher bekannten Anordnungen auch der aus Spezialkontaktwerkstoff bestehende Teil ausgewechselt. Infolge des hohen Preises für den Kontaktwerkstoff ist es erwünscht, diesen Kontaktteil nicht vorzeitig erneuern zu müssen.The invention relates to a rolling contact arrangement for circuit breakers, in which a special contact material takes over the current conduction when closed.
