7 are seals made of soft material, both between the container and the isolator
as; can also be inserted between this and the pressure screws.
Ausführunggsbeispmele von Isolatorb:efestiigungen gemäß der Erfindung
zeigen dme Fig.3 und 4. In.
In diesem Falle
erhalten dann iaüerdings idve Druckringe besondere Druckschrauben. (Vgl. Fig. i),
wirken.Examples of embodiments of isolator fastenings according to the invention are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In FIG. 3 the insulator is denoted by i and @ the bead-shaped, thickened Elnispannstelle denoted by 2. With 3 the apparatus boiler eats, indicated, to which the isolator is attached. 14 and 15 are pressure rings which are connected to the apparatus tank by means of screw bolts 6. The bead-like, reinforced egg-tensioning belle 2 is set off in two stages 17 and 18. These represent egg bees which are parallel to one another, steal perpendicular to the axial direction of the Isiolator and which also bend concentrically to one another. The pressure ring 14 engages at step 17 and step 18 of FIG. 15. Between the pressure rings and three steps, as well as between the apparatus container and the insulating front face, a seal 19 made of soft material, for example lead, can be inserted. The pressure rings 14 and 1 5 may mitteils the bieffndlichen on @dien Schraubboihen 6 io nuts are pressed against their associated Situfen $ surfaces, thereby forming a solid Artpressung the Is olato.rstirn is ierreicht against the Appiaraitekessiel. Because the pressure emanating from: the pressure rings does not take place in one plane, but in two separate ring planes, the material of the Isiola torwulsües is not subjected to as much pressure as would be the case if only: a pressure ring complete fastening pressure would be delivered, de. The pressure on the Isto # 1aborwulst does not necessarily have to be in the manner described. The pressure transmission can be bieJiebig .. Above all, they can also be made so that the pressure rings i ¢ 1 and 5 are rigidly attached to the Schraubbiolzen 6th In this case, however, idve pressure rings receive special pressure screws. (See Fig. I), which, if necessary, act on the stepped shoulders of the Istol; aüorwulsbes with the interposition of a seal.
The Ft. 4 shows a further embodiment of an isolation laboratory fastening.
Here are the steps: rakes i i and 12 not perpendicular to the Isiolator axis,
rather, they form conical shoulders on which special pressure rings act iodeT
on diie, as shown in the figure, in a single pressure ring 13 in different
Altitude = orderly pressure conditions 24 and 25 act. Also with this execution @ bevspieil
the pressure to be exerted on the bead takes place in two: from each other;
so that here too the compressive stress is reduced on the tensioning roller
is.
