Verfahren zum Waschen von Hefe Es ist bekannt, daß man die zum Anstellen von Bierwürze zu verwendende Hefe wäscht, und zwar sowohl durch einfaches Aufschlämmen und Absitzenlassen in Wannen wie auch in besonderen Hefewaschapparaten, die zum Teil auf demselben Prinzip des Schlämmens und Albsitzens beruhen. Beim Waschen der Hefe handelt es sich um die Entfernung von Trubbestandteilen, hauptsächlich Eiweißgerinnsel und Hopfenharze.
