Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Zerstäuben von Flüssigkeiten, mittels Schall- oder Ultraschallschwingungen, .die sich durch besonders große Leistungs- und Widerstandsfähigkeit auszeichnet. Bei der Einrichtung nach der Erfindung wird -als Schwingungserzeuger ein Hartmann-Generator verwendet, und zwar erfindungsgemäß derart, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, beispielsweise ein Rohr, die die zu zerstäubende Flüssigkeit dem Hartmann-Generator in dem Raum zwischen Düse und Resonator zuführen. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, die .die Flüssigkeit zuführenden Mittel derart anzuordnen, daß die Flüssigkeit in den Raum zwischen Düse und Resonator in einem Bereich resultierenden Unterdruckes eintritt. Ein resultierenderUnterdruck entsteht un den Druckknoten der stehenden Welle, also an den .Stellen maximaler ,Schwingbewegung.
