Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von nahtlosen Lagerbuchsen aus mit Kunstharz getränktem Gewebe Nach dem Patent 88z 579 werden nahtlose,B'uchsen aus mit Kunstharz getränktem Gewebe dadurch hergestellt, daß ein vorgewickelter Rohrabschnitt unter Wärme durch einen sich erweiternden und mit einem die Teilungsfugen überdeckenden federnden Stahlmantel versehenen inneren Dorn gegen die ungeteilte Außenform gepreßt wird. Bei dieser Art der Buchsenherstellung werden. die in, die Preßform einzulegenden Rohrwickel in bekannter Weise hergestellt, und zwar wird auf einen eisernen Dorn die mit Kunstharz getränkte Gewebebahn unter Druck aufgewickelt. Dann werden die Rohre in einzelne Rohrabschnitte zerteilt. Gemäß der Erfindung werden zur Buchsenfertigung nicht in üblicher Weise vorgewickelte Rohrabschnitte in die Preßform eingelegt, sondern das mit Kunstharz getränkte und- in entsprechend breite Streifen geschnittene Gewebe auf den federndem Metallmantel aufgewickelt. Durch diese Art der Herstellung lassen sich im Gefüge gleichmäßigere Buchsen erzielen. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt aber darin, daß nunmehr in besonders einfacher Weise Buchsen mit Schmiernuten hergestellt werden können. Dazu werden auf den federnden Metallmantel mehrere entsprechende Vorsprünge angebracht, die z. B. in Richtung der Lagerachse verlaufen und über den Umfang des federnden Metallmantels verteilt sind. Das Gewebe wird beim Aufwickeln mit einer elastischen Walze festgedrückt. Zum Verpressen wird der zum Aufwickeln dienende Metallmantel durch einen anderen glatten, d. h. also ohne Vorsprünge gemäß Patent 881 579 ersetzt und die vorgewickelten Nuten im Rohrwinkel durch Nutkeile ausgefüllt. Nach dem Verpre.ssen lassen sich diese Nutkeile leicht entfernen.
