Es ist bekannt, aus Seife oder synthetischen
Waschmitteln Folien bzw. Filme herzustellen. Solche Filme sind vom verkaufstechnischen Standpunkt
nur dann von Interesse, wenn sie in Form eines mehrlagigen Gebildes, <wie beispielsweise eines
Blockes oder Heftes, zusammengebracht werden. Besonders praktisch haben sich Hefte erwiesen, die
beispielsweise 15 bis 20 solcher Folien enthalten.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß das Heften solcher Folien vorteilhaft nicht nach bekannten Verfahren, z. B.
mit Heftdrähten, Faden oder Leim, sondern durch bloßes lokales Vorpressen bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur erfolgt.

Das Pressen kann beispielsweise durch randrierte

Preßmatrizen, welche vorteilhaft gerillt sind, können dabei auf eine linien- oder bandförmige
Weise durchgehend oder nur partiell, unter Belassung nicht gepreßter Aussparungen, wirken.
Bei der gleichzeitigen Fixierung auf einer Unterlage, z. B. dünnem Karton, wird die Unterlage an
der Preßstelle auf der Folienseite vor dem Pressen vorteilhaft schwach befeuchtet. Die Unterlage kann,
falls sie lang genug ist, vor oder nach dem Pressen umgelegt werden, so daß ein Heft entsteht, das
beidseitig mit einem Umschlag versehen ist. Verschiedene Ausführungsformen solcher Hefte, welche
beispielsweise 8 cm lang und 5 cm breit sind, zeigen die Figuren im Anhang. In diesen bedeutet in allen
Fällen α den Deckel, b die oberste Waschmittelfolie
