In the case of the drives of spinning centrifuges, it is usually at the bottom of the .dreibenden
Motor arranged an oil tank, from which the oil for the lubrication of the bearings
and the spindle is removed. These oil cups were threaded until now
Engine attached. Experience has shown that the oil cups, which are mostly made of transparent
and therefore consisted of fragile material, often broken when screwing on.
As a result, the oiling of a centrifuge could be temporarily interrupted
resulting in either significant damage to the spinning centrifuge drive
or forced the spinning centrifuge to stand still for a while.
This disadvantage is made according to the invention by a new fastening of the oil container
eliminated on the motor base. According to the invention, the oil container is replaced by a
elastic cold limb reaching around its bottom against one attached to the engine
Pressed rubber seal. The elastic holding member can be easily folded down
to the side and take off the oil cup to renew the oil.
dienen. In Figs. Z and 2, an embodiment of the invention is shown.
z is the cup attached to engine 2. According to the invention is an elastic
Band 3, consisting of a coil spring, _ od rubber
is wrapped around the bottom of the cup and this against a seal q. presses on. 5
are incisions on the lower edge of the cup, in which the elastic retaining member is located
put into it. The elastic retaining member is at 6 and 7 by means of .Screws, bolts
and washers attached to the lower part of the motor base. Should the oil container
are removed, as shown in Fig. 2 _, the elastic holding member
pivoted into position 3 ', after which the cup can be removed. The reattachment
happens simply by swiveling down the elastic holding member and inserting it
into an intended gap. To make this easier, they are useful at the bottom
of the cup arranged several gaps leading to the Aüfnabine of the elastic holding member
to serve.
On the one hand, the invention enables an extremely secure fastening
the oil container on the engine, which cannot be loosened even by vibrations,
and on the other hand an extraordinary protection of the oil container.
