für Spulu. dgl. Maschinen haben diejenigen den Vorteil, bei denen die Paraffinrollen
durch den Faden selbst in Drehung versetzt werden. Dabei wird aber bis jetzt der
Faden zwischen den Paraffinrol'.en direkt um die Welle geschlungen, auf der diese
Paraffinrollen sitzen, und das hat den Nachteil, daß die Umdrehungszahl eine sehr
große wird. Um diesem Übelstand zu begegnen, hat man ein beso ideres Zwischengetriebe
angewendet, welches die Drehung von einem Wirtin, den der Faden dreht, auf die Achse,
welche die Paraffinrolle bzw. Rollen federnd verschiebbar trägt, überleitet. Die-es
Zwischengetriebe verteuert aber die Vorrichtung und verursacht einen Kraftaufwand,
der unverhältnismäßig groß ist. Bei dem Gegenstand der Erfindung ist das Zwischengetriebe

Auf der Welle a, welche die Paraffinkörper b trägt, ist außerhalb
der Paraffinkörper eine Rolle bzw. ein Wirtel c fest oder mittels Reibungskupplung
angeordnet, und zwischen diesem Wirtel c und derjenigen Ebene d-d der Paraffinrolle
bzw. Rollen b, in welcher sich der Faden f zwecks Abnahme von Paraffin bewegt, ist
eine Rolle e so gelagert, daß sie den Faden f in Richtung der angegebenen Pfeile
vom Wirtel c nach den Paraffinrollen b führt. Da]-ei drehen sich die Paraffinrollen
der Bewegungsrichtung des Fadens f entgegen, und je nachdem man den Durchmesst r
des \i'irtels c größer oder kleiner wählt, wird die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Parafiinrollen
eine kleinere oder größere sein. Bei Anwendung zweier Paraffinrollen, wie auf der
Zeichnung, könnte es von Vorteil sein, daß sich die eine Paraffinrolle mit dem Faden,
die andere gegen den Faden dreht. Für diesen Fall wendet man einen zweiten Wirtel
am andern Ende der Welle a an, führt den Faden vom ersten Wirtel c über eine Rolle
nach dem zweiten Wirtel und dann erst über die Rolle e, «-elche in diesem Falle
auf der anderen Seite von der Welle a liegt, zwischen d:e Paraffinrollen b. Die
