keine befriedigenden Ergebnisse.

For some chemical engineering purposes, e.g. B. in the catalytic water gas accumulation
of olefin hydrocarbons for the production of aldehydes and alcohols
pure olefin hydrocarbons desired. Sub-saturated hydrocarbons are
aliphatic olefins in more or less large amounts, for example in the products
the catalytic hydrogenation of carbohydrates and in cleavage products of synthetic or
natural hydrocarbons, e.g. B. of petroleum paraffin available. A simple one
Method for obtaining pure olefins from such starting materials, in particular
if they contain only small amounts of olefins, it is not yet known. on
Such olefins cannot be separated off by distillation. Treatment too
with liquid sulfur dioxide and many other extractants generally supplies
no satisfactory results. It has been found that olefin-containing

zusammen
mit Chlorwasserstoff eine Schicht von Zinkchlorid - Kohlenwasserstoff
- Additionsverbindungen (Kontaktöl) oder von wäßrigen Zinkchloridlösungen durchströmen.. The addition of hydrogen chloride according to the invention takes place best
such that the olefinic fractions in the liquid state below zoo °
together
with hydrogen chloride a layer of zinc chloride - hydrocarbon
- Flow through addition compounds (contact oil) or aqueous zinc chloride solutions.
z. B. mit Bleicherden. The elimination of hydrogen chloride from the separated alkynonochlorides
takes place in the liquid phase at approximately = 8o to 250 ° with aluminum hydrosilicates,
z. B. with fuller's earth.
The hydrochloric acid gas split off during dechlorination is used for processing
other amounts of olefin-containing hydrocarbons are used. In this way
there is no consumption of chlorine, so that the pure olefins with the help of a in the presence
of zinc chloride very simple addition of hydrogen chloride with subsequent vacuum distillation
can be obtained with continuous circulation of the hydrochloric acid.
abtrennen lassen. The aliphatic present in the fractions that are to be processed
Alcohols are also converted into pure monoolefins. Such alcohols are
mainly present in products of catalytic carbohydrate hydrogenation. Here
it should be noted that in the boiling range of a certain C number, the
Alcohol which is 3 C-numbers lower is present. For this reason only can
very narrowly cut fractions are processed, since the alkyl monochlorides
otherwise not from the saturated hydrocarbons due to overlapping boiling points
can be separated.
-Monochlorid abgetrennt
werden.A fraction of the catalytic carbon monoxide hydrogenation boiling between 165 and 80 °
contains saturated and unsaturated Cl hydrocarbons and small amounts of
C7 alcohols. After the addition of hydrogen chloride carried out in the presence of zinc chloride
can be obtained from the reaction mixture by fractional distillation at = 6o ° C7-monochloride,
at 175 ° C, 07-hydrocarbon saturated and at 224 ° C .. -monochloride separated
will.
Die das C7 Monochlorid und das Cl. -Monochlorid enthaltenden Fraktionen
entsprechenden reinen Monoolefine. The the C7 monochloride and the Cl. -Monochloride-containing fractions
are separately subjected to the elimination of hydrogen chloride and thereby deliver the
corresponding pure monoolefins.
