Verschieberichtung umlaufenden Bandes.Device for mixing tobacco and the like.
The like. One proceeds, for example, that the different types of tobacco are first
unmixed in horizontal layers in a container on top of each other and
then the good continuously decreases on one end face and, if necessary, further ones
Mixing plants. The one from different layers. formed tobacco heaps
this moves against the removal device, which can be done in that the
Layers are deposited on an endless conveyor belt. This advantageously takes place
the stacking of the tobacco layers in an exactly even thickness by means of one of
a fixed loading point from loaded, moved back and forth, in the respective
Direction of movement of the rotating belt.
It has already been suggested that the removal from the front of the
layered pile of tobacco by an approximately vertical, endless conveyor
to undertake, which is equipped with drivers for stripping the tobacco and over
runs the full height of the tobacco layer. It has been shown that when passing by
of the conveyor on the tobacco layers from, top to bottom, not just through the
Scraper deducted amount, but one depending on the stratification and type of tobacco
irregularly more or less excess amount accumulates that the acceptance process
impaired. There is a full plugging of the gaps between the customer,
which means that clean wiping is no longer possible. From the layers. will
different amounts taken. There is also the risk of the pinch pin
removed tobacco material between scraper and stacked tobacco pile.
#According to
the invention becomes a reliable removal process when stripping on the end face
from the pile of tobacco in such a way that the for the removal of the piled up
Endless conveyors equipped with carriers to the tobacco layers. Tobacco plots
runs upwards and the conveying strand loaded in this way for the delivery of the tobacco downwards
to be led. The endless conveyor used for acceptance is arranged appropriately
so that the loaded conveyor strand continues horizontally at the end of the upward movement
and is then led back obliquely downwards, the pulleys in a triangle
can lie. The upward running strand takes care of the stripping process. The fall
the tobacco from the conveyor is therefore inclined when the conveyor belt is guided
Direction down. The process can also run vertically downwards.
It is advantageous to have the removal conveyor at the end face of the product to be removed
Arrange tobacco heaps at a certain distance, so that short tobacco accrues immediately
can fall through downwards: With this arrangement of the pick-up conveyor according to the
Invention, trouble-free and proper weight loss is achieved. A squeeze
of tobacco products and a. Clamps between the conveyor or carriers and the face
of the tobacco pile cannot enter the upward travel of the conveyor. About that
In addition, the weight loss is more even. By ensuring the trouble-free
In operation, the performance is increased, and you can go to increased speeds
of the removal conveyor and the feeding of the tobacco layers to the conveyor.
The speeds of the two conveyors are functional. moderately adjustable for itself,
for example continuously, and are mutually coordinated.
When losing weight upwards. is advantageously the upper one according to the invention

veranschaulicht. The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
illustrated.
Tabakgutes.Different types of tobacco are unmixed in on a conveyor belt i
horizontal layers 2 in a trough, container or the like. Stored one above the other.
The layered tobacco material is removed from the front of the tobacco pile
with the help of a stripper belt 3, which the stripping during the upward movement
undertakes. The belt 3 is then guided horizontally and runs in an inclined position
back, in which the tobacco taken along is transferred to a conveyor 5
can fall off. By removing in the upward direction, pinching is prevented.
The scraper belt is by the pulley of the conveyor belt i in a certain way
Distance '7 kept so that the accumulating short tobacco directly on the belt 5
can fail. The tobacco pile 2 is advantageously resilient at the end with the aid of a
arranged rake q. held down, so that the weight loss exclusively from the
Front side is carried out .. So that the tobacco pile approaching the end during
of stripping is not suppressed, one abandons one from experience
resulting depth of the residual heap to a device 6,6a act., through which a
Falling back of the residual pile is prevented. This device can for example
consist of a rake, a wall or the like that supports the remaining pile to the rear,
so that even weight loss can be carried out to the very end. The speeds
the conveyor belt i and the scraper belt 3 can be adjusted independently of one another
can be made to suit the amount to be removed and thus the mixture as required
to be able to change. Adjusting the speeds of the two conveyor belts
and their mutual coordination depends on the nature of what is piled up
