Untersetzungsgetriebe angetriebenen Kurbeltriebverwenden, in 6en Kraftübertragungsweg
Reibungskraft entlastet.Lifting device, in particular Brenis fan, using a crank drive driven by an electric motor In 'patent 877 932 it has been proposed, among other things, for lifting devices that use a crank drive driven by an electric motor via a reduction gear to arrange a slip clutch in the power transmission path between the motor and crank drive, which allows the motor to continue running after reaching the end position. In this case, the torque transmitted while continuing to run in the end position is just as great as that during the stroke, so that, in addition to economic disadvantages, there is a great deal of warming and great wear and tear on the slip clutch. These disadvantages are avoided by the invention. According to the invention, means are provided which reduce the torque transmitted to perform the lifting work by means of the slip clutch in the end position to such an extent that the motor can continue to run, but the load is just held. This can be achieved by applying the friction required for power transmission in the clutch through two fields, one of which is dimensioned in such a way that only the torque required to hold the load in the end position can be transmitted while the other is dimensioned in such a way that the higher torque fifl-Y, -; r required during the lifting movement will be carried. For this purpose, this spring can be arranged in such a way that it presses on the coupling via a cam sleeve (cam disk) which cooperates with a thread on the shaft. The spring which is effective during the lifting movement can advantageously be arranged so that it engages two cam plates which, when the lifting movement ends, run one after the other against a fixed, suitably spring-loaded stop, so that one of them acts as a threaded bushing. The formed cam disc executes a relative movement with respect to the also threaded Weille and the other cam disc, which is fixedly arranged on the shaft, in the axial direction and thereby relieves the friction clutch of the frictional force component resulting from this spring.

In Figs. I and 2 is an exemplary embodiment. , the invention at the beginning of the Hulbbewegung shown in two Ansicl-iten. The crank 5 , which sits on the Well-c 4 and serves for the transmission (of the lifting movement), is driven by the electric motor i via a reduction gear 2 and the slip gear 3. The friction in the clutch necessary to transmit the torque required to hold the load in the end position is applied by, for example, (three springs 6 distributed around the circumference, the * in the case of the 'Hulb for the transmission of the higher torque required - e # s higher friction is' caused by the spring 8. This spring 8 engages two cam disks 9, and io on, of which one, 9, is firmly arranged on the shaft, while the other, io, is positioned on the shaft via a thread, preferably trapezoidal thread r2. 4 fixed disk 9 attached cam 14 in connection with (the stop 13 a further rotation (of the shaft to the left. The spring 8 causes a rotation of the cam disk, io on the thread 1 12 to the right, so that there is a movement in the direction of the axis towards the coupling. The force of the spring 8 acting in the circumferential direction is converted into a force acting in an axial direction and increases the friction in the clutch. The ball bearing 7 serves to reduce the wear and tear which occurs as a result of the friction present at this point, caused by the relative movement of the cam disk against the reduction gear 2. Shortly before reaching the end position. of the hulbe, the cam 15 of the disk io runs against the stop 13. As a result, the rotation (of the cam disk io -limited, while the shaft 4 with the cam disk 9 can continue to rotate until the cam ri of the disk 9 an impact-running 1 3 against tdbn. thus, the cam plate performs io relative to the shaft is a clockwise rotation, so that a movement takes place axially to the left #Fig. i), and therefore the slip clutch of the pressure of the Feider is relieved. 8
nach Erreich-en der Endlage einen Teil der Kraft -,der Federn 6 kompensiert;
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown. It is Z. B. also possible to dimension the springs 6 so that they also i apply the friction that is required to transmit the torque occurring during the lifting movement, and! the spring 8 is arranged so that, after reaching the end position, it compensates for part of the force of the springs 6; On the other hand, it is also possible, for example, to replace the spring 8 with a correspondingly arranged electromagnet.
