hier Abhilfe. .Device for heating material in an electrical high-frequency field
When heating goods, e.g. B. wood, in the high-frequency electric field is the good body
generally arranged between capacitor electrodes. It then occurs as a result
d (the dielectric losses cause a considerable heating of the object
High-frequency heating systems are generally maintained one of the electrodes or
also place both on the good body. Furthermore, for certain reasons, it is common
z. B. when gluing individual good bodies together, a press pressure:
to exercise on the good body. For the arrangement of the electrodes to the material and to the ram
there are two possibilities, either the pressure acts in the direction
the field lines or perpendicular to them on the good body. Since the ram the
Dissipate heat generated in the good body, attempts have already been made to do so on the good body
in only places - to get an even temperature increase, the ram
or to cover the electrode with a layer that does not conduct heat well or
special heating of the die or the electrode. It is already known to eat
to arrange auxiliary materials between the good body and the electrodes or the ram,
which have higher diaelectric losses in the high frequency field than the good body.
As a result, the auxiliary material heats up particularly strongly, and heat is dissipated from the
Good is prevented. Disadvantageous with the previous structures of such high frequency heating
facilities was that the temperature in the material
with - higher
dielectric - losses, not - could be changed. The invention creates
remedy here. .

The invention is to be explained in more detail with reference to two figures.
Die Fig. i zeigt dien Gutkörper i, der mittelbar zwischen den FeIdelektroden2

als auch unterhalb dies. Gutkörpers i sind!

can be reduced in size: This is required in the exemplary embodiment under consideration
to regulate the temperature of the goods and serve auxiliary materials two more, regulating capacitors

as with: the previously considered exemplary embodiment. However, one has the advantage
that one comes up with a single regulating capacity 7 '. In the embodiment
according to Fi@g.2 it is also possible to use as: auxiliary materials 5 and 6,
