Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Verringerung der Lichtdurchlässigkeit der Fensterscheiben an Kraftfahrzeugen und dgl., bestehend aus einer getönten Folie, die einerseits mit einer Zulassungsnummer versehen ist und andererseits an ihrer der Fensterscheibe zugewandten Fläche eine Klebstoffschicht aufweist bzw. elektrostatisch haftend ausgebildet ist.The innovation relates to a device for reducing the light transmission of window panes on motor vehicles and the like, consisting of a tinted film which is provided with a registration number on the one hand and which, on the other hand, has an adhesive layer on its surface facing the window pane or is designed to adhere electrostatically.

Um die Wärmeeinstrahlung in ein Kraftfahrzeug zu verringern und zum Styling von Kraftfahrzeugen ist es bekannt, an der Innenseite der Fahrzeugscheiben eine getönte Folie anzubringen, die mittels einer auf ihr angeordnete-¹ Klebstoffsci. lcht an der Fensterscheibe befestigt wird. Derartige Folien bedürfen der Zulassung durch das Kraftfahrzeug-Bundesamt. Eine solche Zulassung wird in Form einer ABG-Bescheinigung unter einer besonderen Nummer erteilt. Dabei ist in den Zulassungsbestimmungen des Kraftfahrzeug-Bundesamtes festgelegt, daß diese Zulassungsnummern zumindest einmal im Bereich der Scheibe deutlich sichtbar auf der Folie angebracht sein muß. Dies geschieht bisher in der Weise, daß die Zulassungsnummer seitenverkehrt auf der Innenseite, also auf der der Klebstoffschicht abgewandten Seite der Folie aufgedruckt iat, so daß die Zulassungsnummer von außen seitenrichtig gelesen werden kann.In order to reduce the amount of heat entering a motor vehicle and to style motor vehicles, it is known to apply a tinted film to the inside of the vehicle windows, which is then attached to the window pane using an ^adhesive layer. Dies ist jedoch normalerweise nicht möglich, da sich auf dieser Seite der Folie die Klebstoffschicht befindet, die ein Bedrucken ausschließt. Der Aufdruck der Zulassungsnummer auf dieser Seite müßte also vor dem Aufbringen der Klebstoffschicht erfolgen. Ein solcher Aufdruck kann von Folienherstellern durchgeführt werden, der dies jedoch bei der geringen Bedarfsmenge des deutschen Marktes ablehnt.It would now be possible in principle to print the approval number on the side of the film facing the window. Dieser Lösungsmöglichkeit stimmt das Kraftfahrzeug-Bundesamt jedoch nicht zu, da nicht auszuschließen ist, daß die getrennt aufgeklebte Nummer auch für andere, nicht zugelassenen Folien verwendet wird.Another solution would be to attach a special sticker with the registration number to the inside of the vehicle window before applying the tinted film and only then stick the tinted film on or over it.
