Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Mafsnehmeapparat, mittelst dessen sowohl die Mafse der Brustfläche als auch diejenigen des Aermelloches eines Kleidungsstückes gleichzeitig festgelegt und direct auf das Schnittmuster übertragen werden können. Der Apparat besteht aus zwei Theilen, von denen der eine zur Bestimmung der Mafse der Brustfläche, der andere für die Mafse des Aermelloches dient. Beide Theile sind an einem gemeinsamen Träger derart befestigt, dafs sie verschoben und in verschiedenen Ebenen gegen einander gedreht werden können. Wenn dieser Schenkel zur Anlage an den Oberarm gelangt, so ist dadurch die Stärke des Armes und somit die Weite des Armloches festgelegt. Da von der richtigen Lage des Theiles b das richtige Functioniren der ganzen Vorrichtung abhängt, ist der Theil b mit einem schrägen Stabe i versehen, welcher zur Anlage an die Grundlinie α gelangt, so dafs dann der Theil b genau einen rechten Winkel mit der Grundlinie α einschliefst. Der Winkel c dient zur Feststellung sämmtlicher Mafse, welche zur Herstellung des Aermelloches nöthig sind, und zwar des Armlochvortritts, der Armlochtiefe und der Spitze der Seitennaht im Armlochkreise.
