Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Her-Stellung von in -kleinen, Abständen voneinander angeordneten Verbindungen, wie sie insbesondere- die Wicklungsbedingungen elektrischer Maschinen und Apparate darstellen. Gemäß der Erfindung gelingt es, auf einfachste Weise zwei oder mehrere Hartlöt bzw. Schweißverbindungen auf elektrischem Wege gleichzeitig zu. schaffen; indem zwischen den einzelnen Verbindungsstellen Halbleiter eingelegt und an die äußersten Verbindungsstellen unmittel- oder mittelbar Elektroden angeschlossen werden. Als Halbleiter werden mit besonderem Vorteil Kunstkohlen mit trapezförmigem Querschnitt verwendet,- die zwischen den Verbindungsstellen eingetrieben werden. Durch die Erfindung wird die Herstellungszeit für die Verbindungen wesentlich verkürzt. _ _ In den. Fig. r und 2. der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung bei der Herstellung der Endverbindungen zwischen den Ober- und Unterstäben der Wicklung einer elektrischen Maschine beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Hierbei sind die Oberstäbe r und die Unterstäbe :2 durch die Zwingen 3 miteinander zu verbinden. Zu idiesem Zweck wird zwischen den Zwingen 3 und den Stabenden zunächst Lot eingelegt. Hierauf werden die hier -als Halbleiter verwendeten Lötkohlen 4 mit frapezförmigem Querschnitt von außen her (in Fig. r von oben) zwischen die Verbindungsstellen eingetrieben. Im vorliegenden Fäll werden bei jeder Lätung die sechs Verbindungsstellen. a bis f gleichzeitig fertiggestellt. Dabei. werden die beiden Elektroden 5 und 6 an die außenliegenden Verbindungsstellen der gerade behandelten Gruppe in der Weise von beiden Seiten angedrückt, daß - der Kontaktdruck zwischen den einzelnen zu verbindenden. Teilen genügend groß wird. Aus diesem Grund werden, die Elektroden bzw. Elektrodenhalter über dem Bolzen 7 unter Zwischenschaltung der Feder 8 durch -die Mutter 9 gegeneinandergepreßt. Wie hier gezeigt, werden zweckmäßig auch zwischen den äußersten Verbindungsstellen a und f und den Elektroden Halbleiter eingefügt, damit die Erhitzung ausreichend stark wird. Außerdem kann noch eine Wasserkühlung für die Elektroden bzw. Elektrodenhälter vorgesehen sein.
