Der Zweck dieses Walzenabstreichers ist, bei einem System von drei oder mehreren über einander liegenden Walzen jeder Arbeitslinie eine eigene Speisung mit Mahlgut zuführen zu können, so dafs der einlaufende Mahlgutstrom für die tiefere Walze mit dem von der höheren Walze nicht in Collision kommt.The purpose of this roller scraper is over in a system of three or more Rollers lying one above the other supply each working line with its own feed with regrind can, so that the incoming grist stream for the deeper roller with that of the higher Roller does not come into collision.

Durch die Blechkanäle r r¹ kann das Mahlgut wieder in den Walzenstuhlkasten zurückgeführt werden, und dieselben dienen gleichzeitig zum Halten der Rinnen m m¹, welche von genannten Rohren r r^l hohl umfafst werden. Der Weg des Mahlgutes ist folgender:.. Das rechts (s.
