Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dichten Oberflächenbetons, insbesondere für Wasserbauten, wie Talsperren u. dgl. Wie umfangreiche bereits durchgeführte Versuche erwiesen haben, wird durch die neuartige Anwendung der Elektro-Osmose-Vorgänge auf den frischen Beton eine dichte, wetterfeste Betonaußenschicht erzielt, wie sie vor allem für Wasserhauten, besonders Talsperren, gefordert werden muß. Zur Erreichung dieser Elektro-Osmose-Vorgänge im Beton werden in einigem Abstand von der Betonaußenfläche Elektroden aus Stahl oder anderem Metall, eventuell gleichzeitig als Bewehrung sowieso erforderlich, einbetoniert bzw. in Hohlräumen angeordnet, « älirend die Außenschalung mit Kupferelektroden versehen wird. Durch das Anschließen der in dem frisch eingebrachten Beton eingebauten Elektroden an den elektrischen Strom erfolgt eine Entwässerung des in der Verdichtung stehenden frischen Betons nach außen zur Schalung, von wo das entzogene Wasser abgeführt wird. Mit der Entwässerung des frischen Betons werden für den dichteren Beton günstige chemische und mechanische Vorgänge verursacht und weitere Hohlräume geschaffen, die durch die Verdichtung des Betons mittels Rüttler, möglichst Hochfrequenzrüttler, geschlossen werden.
