The object is achieved according to the invention in that the

Both the insertion of the sash and the release of the locking mechanism are made easier by the fact that the locking spring is elastic. The insertion of the sash is also made easier by the fact that the locking spring is preferably bevelled towards the frame. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mounting part is essentially U-shaped in cross section, with one leg being attached to the sash.

For manufacturing reasons, the mounting part is preferably designed as a plastic injection-molded part, whereby the locking projection extends in particular only over part of the length L of the mounting part.

When using the assembly part according to the invention on a window, door or the like with a flap, the locking projection has a lever that can be operated from the inside of the window, door or the like. If, on the other hand, the assembly part according to the invention is to be used on a window, door or the like with a flush-fitting flap, one end of the locking projection preferably rests on the outer edge of the groove. In both cases, it is then easy to lift the locking projection out of the snap position using an appropriate tool.

The window according to Fig. 1 , 2 has a frame 1 and a concealed sash 2. In the present case, it is a overlapping sash. The profiles of the frame 1 and sash 2 are designed in a known manner as thermally insulated composite profiles. Before the sash 2 is inserted into the frame 1, the sash 2 is sealed using an insulating glass pane 3.

Distance from each other, mounting parts 5 are screwed to the frame side of the sash 2 (screws 6).

The assembly parts 5 themselves are made of injection-molded plastic. They are essentially U-shaped in cross-section, with one leg ⁵¹ being screwed to the sash 2 and the other leg ⁵¹¹ having a locking projection 7. The sash 2 prepared in this way is inserted into the frame 1, with the locking being achieved by the locking projection 7 snapping into a groove 8 in the frame 1. The insertion of the sash 2 is made easier by the fact that the locking projection is elastic and is angled towards the frame 1. The described locking of the movable sash 2 results in fixed glazing, with the leg ⁵¹ ' of the assembly part 5 being supported on the frame 1. If it should be necessary (e.g. glass breakage, etc.) to release the locking of the sash 2 again, it is possible to operate a lever 10 in the area of the inner seal 9 using a tool indicated with number 10, which is arranged on the locking projection 7. By lifting the lever 11, the elastically springy locking projection 7 is released from the snap position in the groove 8, and the sash 2 can be easily removed from the frame 1.

In the case of a window with a flush-fitting sash 2 according to Fig. 3, the possibility of releasing the locking mechanism arises in that one end 7' of the locking projection 7 rests on the outer edge 8' of the groove 8 and thus the locking

projection 7 can in turn be lifted by a tool 1Ö.

As shown in Fig. 3, in this case the lever 11 is not required for lifting the locking projection 7. The lever 11 can therefore be broken off or cut off before screwing the mounting part 5 onto the wing 2, possibly using a predetermined breaking point (not shown in more detail).

In Fig. 4, a Morita part 5 is shown on an enlarged scale. It can be clearly seen that the locking projection only extends over part of the length L of the assembly part 5.
