Vorrichtung zur wahlweisen voneinander unabhängigen Verstellung der
Füllungs- oder Drehzahlregeleinrichtung von Brennkraftmaschinen von Hand oder/und
motorisch
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die
Füllungs- ()der Drehzahlregeleinriclitung einer
Brennkraftmasrhine wahltveise voii Rand uiiniittel-
bar an der Maschinc oder motorisch aus der Ferne
zti verstellen. Es wird beispielsweise bei Schiffs-
antrieben durch Bi-enakraftinascliineu nicht selten
verlangt, daß die Füllungs- oder Diehzahlregelein-
richtung der Brennkraftinaschinen sowohl von der
Kommandobrücke als auch vom llascliinenrauni
aus betätigt werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wurde bis-
her in der "'eise gelöst, claß man vor Betätigung
der Ilandverstellting den motorischen Antrieb ein-
schließlich des in der Regel vorhandenen Über-
setzungsgetriebes durch eine Kupplung von der Ver-
stellvorrichtung trennte, um nicht Motor und
Getriebe mitdrehen zu müssen, was übrigens bei
Verwendung eines selbsthemmenden Schnecken-
getriebes auch gar nicht möglich wäre. Die bekannten
Verstellvorrichtungen haben den Nachteil, daß zwar
der Mann an der Maschine jederzeit durch Lösen
der Kupplung die Handverstellung betätigen kann,
von der Fernsteuerstelle aus die Betätigung aber
nicht möglich ist, wenn die Kupplung ausgerückt ist.
Der Eingriff der Fernsteuerstelle ist demnach ab-
hängig von der Aufmerksamkeit des '.\lannes an der
Maschine, der nach Betätigung der Ilandverswllung
stets die Kupplung wieder einrücken muß.
Uei der Vorrichtung nach der Ei lindutig weiden
diese Nachteile dadurch vermieden, daß die axial
bewegliche Verstellstange mit einem Schraulicn-
gewinde versehen ist, mit (lern sie über ein 11 utterrad
mit dein motorischen Antrieb in Verbindung steht,
während (1-er Handantrieb, bcis pielsw-cisc in Gestalt
einer Kurbel oder eines Handrades, unmittelbar an
der lirstellstange angreift. Durch Drehen des l-Iand-
antriebes wird die Verstellstange ebenfalls gedreht
und durch Zusammenwirken des Sclii-attllenge\rindes
an der Verstellstang e und in der mutterförmig aus-
gebildeten ldeten Nabe des stillstehenden motorischcti All-
triebsracies in ihrer Achsrichtung verschoben. Die
Verbindung zwischen der Vcrstellstange und dem
Handantricll ist dabei derart attsgehildet, daß eine
1-erschiebung der Verstellstange in axialci- Richtung
unabhängig vom Handantrieb erfolgen kann, wäh-
rend die Drehbewegung des Handantriebes auf die
Verstellstange übertragen wird. `Wird nun das
Mutterrad motorisch gedreht und die `'ci-stcllstange
durch den fcststehendenHandantrieb an der Drehung
vel-bindcrt, dann verschiebt sich die 1T<@rstellstange
infolge ihrer Gewindeverbindung mit dein Mutter-
rad elwnfalls in der Richtung ihrer Achse. Es ist
z@N ar bekannt, die gegenseitige Verdrehung der
Scheillcel eines W'inlcelhcbels durch die Zwischen-
schaltung eines Schraubentriebes zu ermöglichen und
damit den Gleichlauf einzeln angetriebener Loko-
motivachsen zu gewährleisten. Aufgalle und Lösung
bei dieser Verwendung des bekannten kinematischen
Tuinzips liegen jedoch vorn Erfindungsgegenstand zu
weit entfernt, um ohne -,N-eitel-es zur Lösung der der
l:rtindung zugrunde liegenden Aufgabe zu führen.

kehrung des Bewegungsprinzips erforderlich ist, utn
es für die Verwendung nach der Eilindtmg reif zu
machen. Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung hat
gegenüller den bekannten Ausführungen von Fül-
lungs- und Drehzahlverstellvorrichtungen lwi fern-
bedienten l3reti,nkraftmascliincn außer ihrer bau-
lichen Einfachheit, die durch den Fortfall der bisher
üblichen Kupplung besonders hervorsticht, noch den
Vorteil, daß beide Verstellmaßnalmien gleichzeitig
ausgeführt werden können, so daß z. 11 bei plötzlich
eintretenden Notständen an der lfaschine eine sch( d-
liche Fernsteuerung durch entsprechende Handver-
stellung an der Maschine aufgehoben werden kann,
während es bei den bisherigen Ausführungen nicht
möglich ist, die Kupplung der Fernsteuerung mit
der 1laschine während der Betätigung zu lösen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungslwispiel einer
Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung in einem Axial-
schnitt dargestellt.
Die Verstellstange i, deren axiale 13e,#vegung auf
die Regeleinrichtung der Brennkraftmaschine ein-
wirkt, ist mit einem Scliraubengctvinde 2 versehen,
das in ein entsprechendes Gewinde der mutter-
förmigen Nabe 3 des Antriebsrades 4 eingreift. Der
Zahnkranz 5 des Antriebsrades 4 steht über eine
Schnecke 6 mit der Welle eines elektrischen An-
tricbsmotors 7 in Verbindung. 'Selbstverständlich
kann auch das Rad 4 auf irgendeine andere moto-
rische Weise in Umdrehung versetzt werden. 'Mit

entsprechende Ver tiefungen 2o am Kranz des Rades 4

14 und 18 sowie die Vertiefungen 17 und 2o sind
derart ausgebildet, dal.i bei einer 1)rchung der 1`urlwl

den Mutternabe 3 ebenfalls serschoben.
Es kann aber bei der Vorrichtung nach der Erfin-
dung nicht nur die eine oder die andere Betätigung
der Verswllstange t vorgenommen werden, sondern
es können gleichzeitig beide Antriebe bedient wer-
den, die sich je nach ihrer Drehrichtung entweder
ergänzen oder aufheben. \ii Stelle des Elektro-
