Description

Lubricant additive to patent 84E 849 subject of patent 848 849 is the use of mixtures of lactic acid alkali salts and lignosulfonic acids Alkafisalts in aqueous solution as spin melts.

B. Natriumsalz des Schwefelsäureesters des n-Pentade- canol-8 24,5 0/e Wasser i00,00/0 2. 3ö,o % Natriumlactat i5,o % lignin.sul, fonsaures Natrium 30,0 % Harnstoff 0,5 % Netzmittel 24,5 % Wasser i00,00/0 3. 2o,o % Natriumlactat 30,0 % ligninsu.lfonsaures Natrium 25,o % Harnstoff 25,o % Wasser i00,00/0 4. 25,0 % Natriwrrilactat io,o % ligninsulfonsaures Natrium 40,0 % Harnstoff 25,o % Wasser 100,00/0 In the further processing of the fat-free melts, it was found that adding urea to the melts according to the main patent is of particular advantage, since this results in a reduced adhesive effect, especially with a high content of short staple fiber, and a softer surface film when drying on the fiber. As a result of the softer surface properties of the melted fibers, a better spinning effect can be determined, even when the machine has been running for a long time or after previous storage. With regard to lubricity, washability, fulling and washing action, the products fully correspond to those according to the main patent. The amount of urea to be used is around 2o to 4o% of the total product. The following proportions have been tried and tested in practice: i. 25.0 0/0 alkali lactate (sodium or potassium lactate) 20.0 0/0 sodium lignosulfonic acid 30.0% urea 0.5% wetting agent, e.g. B. sodium salt of Sulfuric acid ester of the n-pentad canol-8 24.5% water i00.00 / 0 2.3.0% sodium lactate 15.0% lignin, sulphate, sodium fonsate 30.0% urea 0.5% wetting agent 24.5 % water i00.00 / 0 3.2.0% sodium lactate 30.0% sodium lignin and sulfonic acid 25.0% urea 25.0 % water i00.00 / 0 4. 25.0 % sodium lactate 10.0% sodium lignosulfonate 40.0% urea 25.0 % water 100.00 / 0
