Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zum Ziehen von Kerzen, welche die Fertigung von Kerzen bis zur gewünschten Stärke unter Wegfall des bisher üblichen I-linundherziehens in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang gestatten. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß zwei Behälter mit dem schmelzflüssigen Kerzenstoff, z. B. Wachs oder Stearin, mit Abstand übereinanderliegend angeordnet sind, denen jeweils immer größer werdende Kaliber nebeneinanderliegend zugeordnet sind. Die Behälter befinden sich in bekannter Anordnung zwischen zwei Trommeln. Erfindungsgemäß passiert jetzt der Docht in fortlaufender Richtung die Bchälter einzeln oder gemeinsam gleichzeitig, bis die gewünschte Kerzenstärke erreicht ist. Die Trommeln werden dabei jedesmal abwechselnd umschlungen, wobei die Anzahl der verwendeten Kaliber die Häufigkeit der Umschlingungen bestimmt. Ein weiteres Kennzeichen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Behälter in Richtung des durchlaufenden Dochtes in zwei oder mehrere Teile von gleicher oder verschiedener Größe unterteilt sind. Diese Einrichtung bietet mannigfaltige Vorteile. So können in den abgeteilten Behältern Kerzenstoffe unterschiedlicher Schmelzpunkte und auch farbige Kerzenstoffe untergebracht werden.
