Kartengänge benutzt, die viel Raum seitlich am Webstuhl bzw. oberhalb desselben
für sich beanspruchen. Die Karte wandert frei und offen über Rollenzüge und ist
jeder äußeren Einwirkung, also der Beschädigung und Verschmutzung, dauernd ausgesetzt.
Die Kartengestellgänge sind offen und können nicht zugleich als Magazine für die
Kartenspiele Verwendung finden. Es gibt zwar Kartengangmagazine, die jedoch mit
Gleitschienen ausgestattet sind, auf denen die Kartenspiele in Abständen auf Stäben
oder sog. Agraffen gleiten. Bei Papierkarten besteht dann noch die große Gefahr
des Reißens. Geringfügige Erschütterungen vermögen schon die Kartenspiele aus den
Gleitschienen zu heben, die Karte zu zerreißen und das Gleitspiel vorzeitig zu beenden.
Die Falzstellen mindern die Haltbarkeit der Karte und sind außerdem häufig noch

Der Erfindungsgegenstand stellt eine neuartige Kartenlaufvorrichtung

2 tragende Spindeln 3 sind günstig untereinander so angeordnet, daß der Gegenlauf
der be, nachbarten Spindeln durch Zahnräder 8 (Abt. 7 )
oder Kettenräder 8' und Kette 7 ; Abli, 8) leicht er-
reicht wird. Die Transportspindeln 3 können je nach
Länge des Kartenspiels in beliebiger Anzahl ange-
ordnet werden. In jedem Falle wandert das gesamte
Kartenspiel/( stets zwangsläufig und gleichzeitig
gleichmäßig im Be%ieguligsrlivtlimus der Dessin-
zylinderschaltung weiter, d. h. alle Punkte des
Kartenspiels nehmen gleichzeitig an der Schalt-
bewegung teil, wobei die Warzenlöcher der Karte
an den Warzenscheiben des Düssinzylinders keine
Überbeanspruchung erfahren. Besondere Drücker 5
(Abt. t, die leicht herausnehmbar sind, halten
die Karte betriebssicher in den Warzen und verhin-
dern ein Herausspringen.
Die in sich zu einem endlosen Kartenspiel ge-
schlossene Karte wird, vom D_essinzylinder Z aus-
gehend, am anderen Ende frei-oder mit -einer
Walze 4 (Abt. t, 2 und 5) leicht beschwert oder
über einen zusätzlichen Transportzylinder I'
(Abb.6) umgelenkt.
Die in der Abb.3 und 4 angeführten Bezugs-
zeichen stellen dar: i' die aushebbare Seitenwand,
i" Handgriffe, die an der Seitenwand t' angebracht
sind, 6 das Antriebskettenrad an der Dessinzvlinder-
welle und 6' das getriebene Kettenrad an der Karten-
Laufvorrichtung.
Die in Abb.5 gezeigte Ausführungsform ist ge-
eignet für besonders lange Kartenspiele. Der Ein-
end Auslauf des Kartenspiels erfolgt etwa in Mitte
des Kastens, also nicht von oben, so daß der Kasten
vor der Frontseite der Maschine beliebig nach oben
fortgeführt sein kann.
