Description
Nach dem Patent 804 991: werden die Lagerfassung und Idas eigentliche Lager 'bei der Endbearbeitung künstlich verformt mit dem Ziel, das Lager bei der so erfolgten, elastischen Verformung fertig auszubohren. Um nun die Lager, die z. B. für Ersatzzwecke zu liefern sind, @beideren Endbearbeitung also die Lagerfassungen nicht zur Hand sein können, der gleichen Bearbeitung unterziehen zu können, werden diese gemäß der Erfindung in einer stationärem Lagerfassung der elastischen Verformung ausgesetzt und alsdann -fertiggebohrt. In der Zeichnung ist @diese Einspannvorrichtung, die beispielsweise auf einem Feinbohrwerk aufgespannt sein kann, als Ober- und Unterteil mit 8 und 9 in Abb. i bezeichnet. Die Aufnahmebohrung dieser Lagerfassung ist abweichend von der Kreisform so bemessen., .daß die verlangte Verformung des eisentliehen Lagerkörpers io (Abt. 2) [bei seiner .Einspannung in 8, 9 entsteht. Dazu ist für einen gegebenen Fall nach Abb. i des Hauptpatentes der Durchmesser i i vorliegender Fassung, senkrecht zur Lagerteilung gemessen, größer als :parallel dazu, in Richtung 12. Die verlangte, elastische Verformung nach Abb. 2 des Patentes 8o4 99i (Richtung P-P) ist erreicht, und das Lager io wird nun rund ausgebohrt, D (Abt. i). Nach dem Ausspannen hat dann das Lager die Form nach Abb. 2; es ist außen kreisrund, Da, und weist innerhalb ,der Bohrung das kleinere Maß 13 und winklig dazu das größere Maß 14 .auf.
