Aus diesem Grunde werden die bereits installierten Treppengestelle mit mehr oder weniger rohen Ersatzhölzern ausgestattet, damit die Treppe auch bereits im Rohbauzustand funktionsgemäß benutzt werden kann. Erst wenn alle notwendigen Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind, also auch Anbringung des Innenputzes, werden die Ersatzhölzer entfernt und durch die für die Treppe tatsächlich vorgesehenen Stufen- und Handlaufhölzer ersetzt.
