which the airflow sifting entirely within the

'.Mühle a stationary tube with a circular segment-shaped cross-section in the longitudinal direction of the mill attached so that the circular arc is concentric with the mill circumference. Through the flat side wall of the pipe, which is designed as a grate, the wind flow loaded with grist enters the pipe. As a result of the change in cross-section between the grate and the pipe, the grit is deposited in the pipe and returned to the grinding filling through openings in the lower part of the pipe.

As the mill rotates, coarse falls through an outlet opening in the viewing chamber compartment
together at one point back into the pre-grinding room.
There are also tube mills with airflow through them and protruding ones
Wind outlets, the openings of which are drawn so close to the grist level,
that the entire conveying wind is forced through a narrow gap between the wind outlet
and grist level to flow. Mills with chamber formations were also proposed
through longitudinal walls; the grinding chambers enclose a wind stream flowing like a ring
Circulating body, into which the ground material from the grinding chambers passes through slots,
to be carried out of the mill by the wind current.
Man sah z.
The knowledge that in a tube mill by about star-like around the

Compared to this known state of the art, the new process
for grinding in tube mills built on the fact that the grinding filling even with their
Circulation in the grinding chamber by alternately closing and opening one whole
Longitudinal extension of the chamber provided connection opening to the viewing chamber the discharge
of the grist flow and the return of sealed grist controls.
If the invention provides that the semolina is back at the point in
the grinding process get where they left it is hereby a uniform one
Charging of the grinding media achieved and an accumulation of the ground material through introduction
all semolina avoided in one place. The path that the circulating regrind parts
step through is significantly shortened according to the new procedure. The further through
the invention given the possibility of undesired constituents in the finished product,
such as B. in the grinding of coal mineral, non-combustible parts completely
separating is also a step forward. The fact that this
Separation of the components not desired in the finished product only after repeated
Intentional and re-entry into the grinding process takes place, gives the guarantee
for the fact that these components are only discharged after they have been completely refined and cleaned
