The realization of the inventive idea is equally cheaper
This is possible with a threaded pin core as well as a core with a single threaded hole.
The longitudinal strips forming the core thread can have corresponding projections opposite
form the jacket surface of a pin core, or they can be projections as such
compared to the otherwise smooth bore of a sintered mass core.
In both cases, the invention achieves that the air gap between the
cores that can be screwed into one another or between the coil holder and the core
is kept very low and the sintered Nfassekern almost over its entire
Length and its entire circumference of the coil or the mating core with a small distance
opposite. A fine thread is preferred to reduce the air gap
Select with a small thread depth for the core adjustment.
Solche
Mittel sind z. B. Schraubenzieherschlitze, Steckschlüsselansätze oder Steckschlüsselbohrungen. In the case of a threaded pin core, the longitudinal strips are used on the front sides of the core
unite with one another in such a way that they enclose the sintered barrel core like a cage.
As a result, the longitudinal strips are held securely on the sintered mass core,
and it is possible to use cap-like approaches from the material on the core end faces
to provide the longitudinal strips, which form the means for the core adjustment. Such
Means are z. B. Screwdriver slots, socket wrench sockets or socket wrench holes.
