Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Guajacolderivates Derivate des Guajacols wurden zum mindesten zeitweise als Bestandteile therapeutischer Präpa- rate, z. ß. in der Tuberkulosebekämpfung, ver- Wendet. Soweit es sich 'hierbei um Ester des Gua- jacols handelt, weisen alle bisher bekannten Präpa- rate entweder einen unangenehmen Geruch und Ge- schmack auf oder bzw. und wirken mehr oder weniger ätzend auf das Gewebe ein, oder aber sie können nicht in eine verträgliche, injizierbare Form gebracht «-erden. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun ein Ver- fahren zur Herstellung eines Guajacolderivates, .das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man Guajacol mit Plienylessigsäure verestert.
